One of the main goals of the original game was realistic gameplay, mods that change gravity does not fall into that category.

We do allow some mods to be used(and tracked), that is mods that is authorized and enabled from within Assist Server Manager.

If you want you can request that a certain function to implemented, but we have full authority to say no to any suggested feature. All authorized mods are also under the source control of Assist Admins, so that no unwanted functions are implemented.

If something works for some but not for you, usually the ultimate fix is to run Reset & Repair AA under Install Tab.

I did not started this thread, its just what i think about that all....
and as i did say i will look at the logs, and i am sure that someting has changed, cause i didn't. and both of that kind of server stoped at the same time. this is not possible, truly not!

and as you do say the mods are still playable, please send me the link for a running ultimate mod.

thank you very much in advance - but dont say then there is no ultimate mod runnable .....

That was the author of the Mod that built in a callback(to his site), that had nothing to do with us.
When the author decided not to renew his domain, the mod stopped working.

I just tested enabling WeaponPicker 1.2 found here:
http://aao25.com/forum/server-support/new-version-of-weaponpicker/

As I suspected, there was no issues at all installing and using the mod.
So if YOU have issues running an MOD, you should just fix the problem you have on your end, instead of shouting at the top of you lungs that WE have ruined something.

There is nothing stopping you from enabling ANY mod you want.

I get the same as you describe(Vertexes all over the place)
So the issue must be in the exporter..


Can you post a picture of the program when you do the export, so that I can see the settings.

Its the same settings from the picture you posted on page 1
Ive allready sucessfully extracted, im just trying to import Bridge.obj from the Maps folder
That was why I asked what object.
The setting posted are for single object import.

Map imports are different settings
These are the settings I just used to import the map:


If you are having issues it might be the 3DS MAX version, I use 2010 and don't guarantee the import to work in more recent versions
