Pretty mind-blowing as far as creativity. I have a feeling this is right up Blueblasters alley, the only question now is, has he heard of it? :D

Miscellaneous / Mac & Cheese

Forget that stovetop crap, this is the real deal.

Ingredients:
1lb Macaroni (or other similar noodles)
1lb Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Breadcrumbs
Butter
1 cup Milk
1 cup Half & Half
Sea Salt (<3 the coarse grind)

Instructions:
Get a flat pan, deeper ones may take longer to cook and may have more moisture. I prefer some crunch so I go with a thinner glass pan.
Butter the pan. A tablespoon or so is good, really depends on pan size.
Put some breadcrumbs in the pan so it sticks to the butter. This is a nifty trick and you'll see how clean the pan is when you're done.
Toss some cheese on the breadcrumbs, just enough so that it sticks when it melts.
Cook your noodles half of what it says on the package, they will cook the rest of the way in the oven and absorb some moisture as well.
Layer noodles and cheese in the pan, save some cheese but use all the noodles.
Pour the milk and half & half in.
Shake some breadcrumbs on the top with some sea salt.
Put the rest of the cheese on.
Cover with alumnium foil and put in the oven at 350-375F depending on elevation, pan type and crunchy vs gooey you like.

45 Minutes after it's in, take the foil off and you'll see something like this:

Keep it in for another 15 minutes or so until it looks a bit more done like this:

Serve it up! I <3 mine with a lot of coarse grind sea salt, it makes all the difference:

Spanky, where are the sarcasm tags?
It's on useless forums, that's where it is.

We're all equals here

Hold on with that... do we have any blacks or females here?

Knight said I get all of this computers. I'll catch a flight to Cali then buzz my way across the pond, from there we can split them up :D I recently saw a show that featured a BA flight with exceptional luck and professional pilots, I wouldn't hesitate to go with them.

A bit about the flight:

lol I love that California thing. It's like it ONLY causes birth defects if you're in California, any other state and you're ok :D Anyway, as far as the alumnium and steel, average users may not know it, honestly. I'm sure you know a couple people that when they abuse an electronic device to the point of it failing, they toss it in the garbage. Even though it's obvious to some of us, stating that an object is recyclable opens up some of those narrow-minded people. If 10% of people are enlightened, it's worth the extra page in the manual or the time coding it for the website.

I didn't bother watching it but I thought I would share that some dumbasses on Craigslist are selling off their new iPads for $675 just because they can because the stores are sold out apparently. The only reason why I like Apple is that they try to adhere to making green products and it's actually listed as to what they do. But you pay for that and the R&D of a specialized product and the aesthetics and the name.

Chances are you haven't heard of him unless I've mentioned it. He is a brilliantly talented radio show host that does satire in a new way. It is comedy. Below are 2 videos, the first is his most infamous clip and the second shows what he's doing.

Enjoy :)
