I'll go on a bit of a tangent here.
I really see both sides of this. It is absolutely wrong for people to steal content. The film makers deserve and depend on the money they make and pirating cuts into that profit. Pirating will never kill paid content because there ARE honest people that may torrent and if they enjoy it, they will support it. Programs that let you pay what you want show this. Is pirating bad? You bet. Will it go away? Nope, and neither will the extremes on BOTH sides of the argument. If they really wanted to slow the damage that pirating does, they would go after the release groups. It seems like they go after individual downloaders which that's fine but for every 1 you fine/jail, there's easily another 100 to take their place. The bottom line, both sides need to calm down before the extremes go too far.

Haha. My thoughts exactly Blue. Like me, I have to pay to have a static IP but I would imagine everyone else on my ISP would have dynamic IP's. I would imagine most IP's are derived dynamically, it's a very effective way of managing them, IMO.

This is a pretty awesome program I came across. You can tell what hard drives to sleep and they don't wake up until you tell them. To me, this is a lot better than the sleep function built in the OS because sometimes the hard drive spins up when it doesn't need to. This completely takes the HD offline and you could even swap drivers for the drive in doing so. Works on SATA and IDE drives perfectly without restarting.

Yea, I got over $40. Really worthwhile IMO, you just login with your msn account, visit the cashback site and follow their link to a store and purchase something. Then wait 60 days for it to clear and you can have it sent to a Paypal account or whatever.

lol, thanks Brahva. xD I'm talking about the 'Simon Says' server. This was the damage incorporated server, which has been renames to include my real name. I know it's the damage incorporated server with a new name as it is the same IP address. I remember Joe did the same thing to Carmy about two years ago, the server was removed and that was the start of Joe's 6 month ban. The same thing happened to Bumpy, again, the server was removed right away. Now it's my turn, it has now been two days since my real name was used as a server name and it's still online. No replies from any of my messages from the Assist admins, so I can only assume this is favouritism of some kind, siding with the person who changed the name in order to go against me. I might be wrong, but from my point of view, I doubt it.
