Why so defensive and calling others out?

Every action has a reaction, and sometimes someone starts a bad action, and the other makes a funny reaction, which makes the teasing person make more actions.

I saw the mentioning about being bullied etc. Now I can say one thing, I do NOT want to say bullying does not exist, however, most bullying happens because a joke goes out of hand, and people overreacting, which others find funny, and they go on about it.

My general advice is just to not react to all the talk, let it go, and remember that what they say is not important.

It is very easy to just say stupid things behind a keyboard, who could touch you anyways? I wonder how many would say the same in real life, I guess almost nobody does, unless they know each other and it's for good fun.
Just keep that in mind. I am not going to ban anybody for this talk. I expect everybody to be adult enough to also know when to ignore this kind of talk, and stand above it. It is the decision of a server admin to mute/kick somebody for it (although since it's a chat issue, muting should be the way to go).

If a global mute for x time was possible, I would've chosen for this solution, unfortunately, it isn't possible as for now, so we'll let it go.
If it keeps going on, make more screenshots, and let us know. For now, it's done.

If you can get the Corsair Carbide 200R, do it. Those are my favorite budget builds. I've got the 300R and it's very roomy, I can just about put anything in it.

Ha, I got 2 of these next to each other, both my pc's got them, love the space.

Why the GTX 1070? Isnt for example the 970 enough for balance with this system?
Myself, I recently bought a new one with the following setup, which was fast enough for anything I've done at the moment:
Gigabyte Z170-HD3P-CF socket 1151 MoBo
Intel Core i5 6600K @ 3.5 GHz
16GB Kingston DDR4 Memory, as I can see now it is clocked at 16-18-18-36, don't have much knowledge about it
GeForce GTX 970 vid card
I also got a 500 GB Samsung SSD, maybe a little overkill, but 128 GB was too less to also put some games on it.

For me, this system is doing really well, however, I am not an expert, maybe I've done the balancing totally wrong.

As a note, I do not ban anyone from the shoutbox, heck, I don't even respond a lot anymore because it looks like a kindergartnen here, and I'm not interested in running kindergartnens.

That said, I do not know the reason for the ban, maybe it even was in mistake, but your first response by this post does not make it any better, don't you think? You could've asked if it was a mistake or anything, but you go full force in here.
