Oh, that's what that says lol. I didn't spend much time reading it, more just looking at the overall appeal.

Nate, I was wondering, would there be a problem if we enabled flash in the forum?

Yes, it would be a problem. Hold onto your panties while I find a solution.

*EDIT*
Hopefully this is satisfactory? That's mod #4 I didn't want to install before upgrading to 2.0, hopefully it's an easy migration. Damn you feature-demanding users!

I don't know about that. Little known fact: I get down to the rec center on bingo night and there's usually a couple of rogue granny's playing scrabble in the corner. I do pretty good :)

To be honest, the first image is boring. However I completely agree with Blue on the 2nd and 3rd images.

Blue, that was my first CD ever. I overplayed it then broke it (not on purpose).

Haha, yea that was my first thought but it's legit. I wouldn't buy from there, there's better prices online.

Hardware/Software / Re: Insignia Passive Bookshelf Speakers
« on: Friday, June 11, 2010, 17:50:57 PM »
I changed the link for Best Buy. Their links seem funky, hopefully this one works. Killaman, these are passive speakers so you will need to connect them to an amplifier/receiver, just in case you didn't know. I'll be pairing these up with the Maverick amp that I also posted on here. One good thing about these speakers though is that they're very easy to drive so you can even use a portable t-amp which can get pretty inexpensive.

Hardware/Software / Two-Way Radios (walkie-talkies & CB's)

Due to safety issues, I was looking to get a decent pair and with most everything, I've realized there's a few products available: crap, consumer, and upper consumer end that is built with quality and features found in commercial/professional equipment. Looking for "the best", I came across a site that was extremely helpful and I thought I would share it in case anybody needs some guidance on this.

http://www.buytwowayradios.com

You can go through and choose the radio that's right for you. Features, quality, distance, you can choose anything. They also have a forum that's pretty helpful:

Hardware/Software / Insignia Passive Bookshelf Speakers
« on: Friday, June 11, 2010, 16:10:19 PM »
I was looking for a decent pair recently that didn't cost an arm and a leg and I came across these:
http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Insignia%26%23174%3B+-+6-1/2%22+Bass-Reflex+Bookshelf+Speakers+(Pair)/7705307.p?skuId=7705307&id=1138085354138

Apparently they're cheaply made (cost-wise) with quality parts that come in speakers 2-3x the price. There's some mods available but they apparently do great by themselves. I won't go into many details but I will say that I'm sold. I'll post some info about them when mine arrive. Check out the review here:

If you're seriously interested in these, there's an auction on eBay that I was watching (but no longer interested in) for brand new ones. You can possibly get them cheaper than you can at Best Buy:

Yup. Wonderful agricultural and art college. Contrary to what people believe, we produce a lot of wheat up here (northern Idaho). Potatoes are down south where it's warmer but they do grow up here, yum. :)

I can go outside and piss on the wheat that will be in your sandwich :)
