Double honor points in the weekend? For that matter, why wouldn't you just modify the point settings in favour of the stuff that gets less played compared to Hospital, Pipeline and whatever else gets played the most?
Do you want side switch every 6 rounds? (Depends on the rounds)
Do you want coop maps without AI?
Would you like AI to be brought back with Eliz coding?
Would you like to remove 203 nade from sf weapon on hospital?
Would you like roof to be re adjusted/modified? (sf hospital)
Would you like to change VIP to Briefcase or something similar in sf hospital? 
Would you like forced map switch?
I'd bet most of the people who currently play this game won't be positive over the 6rounds switch even if it's a good idea.
A PvP version of any coop map requires some rethinking and modifying, if you were to port Snakeplain you'd have to probably use mostly the central fort, modify the tunnels, rebuild half of the fort for pvp gameplay and plan-set the objectives, basically making something new (which isnt necessarily bad but requires time and dedication provided you also got people who will play that).
I think any modification done on Hospital will create some rage (unless you're subtle enough, and you could push a test version with some changes and see what happens, the less visible it is the less they complain). Btw the M203 shouldn't even be part of the SF Hospital equipment. Back in ages (the former devs) pretended grenades weren't available for both ROE and realism issues (the US army won't use explosives inside a Hospital, they said), and the 203 kills the fun.
And for one thing i wouldn't change, the VIP should stay. That's the only map that forces players to actually care for the objective (being a teammate).
