Optimal would be is you could reclaim the account directly on Battletracker.com .This is only possible if you have access to the email you registered with there.

We can adjust honor, if you can "prove" that the account was yours.

Second topic in 2 days, same people involved.
As you were asked in the last thread, please provide the Battletracker ID, or a link to the account on battletracker so that we can help.

Do we know what the issue really is, is it the higher poly vehicles, or is it the emitters?

Here is the version that will be used in the next version of Assist.
I've compiled with our SDK, and stripped source.

did mapvote get included in the last update?

No sorry, when I decided to update the version, it was because of the error that caused all windows servers to stop functioning. So I was pressed for time, to get the update out as soon as possible.

When it comes to a new/updated mapvote, the only way that that could happen is if you provide the source, then I'll compile the u-file. You might have added source to one of the provided files, but I could not recall that I've seen it. Since I was pressed for time this morning, I had to skip it.

I have planned in a week or so a new version update, and the mapvote could be included in that.
One of the issues I plan to address in the update is how servers handle server files, hopefully I can get something like the autoupdate I got when a file should be updated on all Clients AND Servers, but just for Server files, and the corresponding ini changes needed.

Someone had said that the remaining servers are Linux-based. Maybe that has something to do with it...

Win server used TCP to connect to Gamespy and send hartbeat, Linux used UDP.
So windows tried to connect and waited for response(Witch never came), while Linux just sent the datapackage and moved on without waiting.

I'll post what we we'll do to get a permanent fix in place, as soon as I decide what to do.

Here is a temporary workaround:

For Windows:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/aa25assist/files/Binaries/wdedisrv.zip/download

For Linux(Perhaps not needed from what Spanky said, but here it is if needed):
http://sourceforge.net/projects/aa25assist/files/Binaries/ldedisrv.zip/download

Replace the current server.exe(Windows) or server-bin(Linux)

This is only for Server Owners.

News / Problem starting servers(2014-08-12).
« on: Tuesday, August 12, 2014, 03:11:17 AM »
There is an issue that is caused by the shutdown of the Gamespy servers.
Almost all servers, get UDP Restart messages, and it refuses to start.

I've tested to disable all gamespy traffic, and then my testserver started.

What confused me was that 27 servers were online, I have no idea why, perhaps something in their FW setup blocked Gamespy traffic.

I'll post a "fixed" 8.11 server.exe until I figure out the correct way to fix this.

thx again
Since all clients also thinks they are fully trained, you can also try the SF or Sniper training if you want too without being forced to do the lower levels first.

If training is optional, does that mean that a non trained account can now join a
special map, like sf or mAAp ?
Sure, that's the idea.
