It reminds of the CW days.

Oh mate, those were good ol'times!

For once, I'll agree:

Quote
I'm not a mainstream aestheticly-driven simple-minded person with money to burn.

If you look it up, you'll see that they did do a great job in terms of battery, performance, screen and operational system.

That aside, the rest is relatively irrelevant.

I'm really fucking disappointed at how Apple has became a main-stream "fancy" company.

Basically, you are an Irish lad roaming around Paris, France. You and France's Resistance share a similar hatred for Nazis, and so you decide to brutally erase them out of Paris. The whole game resolves around Sex, Alcohol, Dealers and killing Nazis --being the latest one of the most intensive aspects of the game. Image-wise, I am somewhat speechless. The artwork is simply amazing, the feel of "belonging to the past" was pretty well nailed and even-though the game doesn't have the best 3D treatment, it still looks magnificent! Music-wise, it's very jazzy and bluesy alike --with some of the very well known classics going on, as well as tunes people might not be familiar with, although still being great in their own ways.

In a way, this game is a mix between GTA and Assassin's Creed ---as you can also roam around the city, climb buildings, perform stunts, etc.

I love every aspect of this game. Really worthy the money.

I know this doesn't rank as "Software-based", but I like to think this board exists for all kind of Mac-related things, in a way.

I am sure some of you have heard about it, some others have dug further on the subject, and others are simply clueless.

Apple released their new invention, the iPad --the mobile device connecting the average phone and the laptops (their words, exactly!)

Check this link:
http://www.appleinsider.com/articles/10/01/27/hands_on_with_apples_ipad_with_videos_and_photos.html

And check Apple's website, as well, if you want to read/view more.

I'd like to hear your guys's thoughts on this. Quite personally, the only reason I'd see myself using one of those would certainly be portfolio-related. For example, I could own a desk-computer laying down at my place, and carry one of these to showcase my work in interviews and as such. Apart from the showcasing-factor, that is very less ---or even nothing--- that would justify spending the hundreds on that for.

Quite frankly, I am disappointed at Apple's "progress".

I don't think Cotton understood what Nate meant with both his posts, yet?

I'll come up with a random rule right now.

Cotton is not allowed to add one-word posts anymore.

There. I'm serious.

Cotton, you have been warned before. Don't push it mate, don't push it.

Skrewy, go fulfil your spamming necessities elsewhere, maybe?

In regards to that, MSN is a valid option.
 ;)

Et voi lá, monsieur!

You have found one of your many flaws.

You may use the help of the public, or call-a-friend, to help you find the next one.

Have faith, there are certainly many more still to find.

I'm using it as my signature, Nate.

Will edit the first post as of now.

Your last three posts are clearly a waste of read.

Why don't you take the doorway?

Really? I expected at least a few graphic-guys to comment and post one or two attempts as well.

Guess this was an unworthy attempt then. Shouldn't have wasted the time to create it for HsC, ha?

Go about doing what you want to this thread. Bin it; or leave it as is.

Caesar is such a fine salad dressing, though.

And yummy.

Why not combine both? Getting a sweet banner wouldn't be too hard, and would still give space for the Portal.
