Ban Appeals / Re: proof plz

You have used a hack and you are being mad for being busted. The proof was given. At the current policy of assist, there is nothing they can help you any further really.

Ban Appeals / Re: Warning: Don't Test Hacks (aka: I f**ked up)
« on: Tuesday, November 19, 2013, 12:29:13 PM »
To back up my state, I am not a mod lover. Neither was. I was involved a lot within other games and communities and saw the same struggle assist has right now. I am saying that, all the ''modern games'' have new graphics new engines that makes devs try too hard to make the game as realistic as possible where they don't concentrate on making some fun for the players.

I am saying that classical game play will become boring in the future and mostly everyone must agree to this conclusion. If you don't think so, then you don't play the game as often as others. It seems as I was ignored by saying, ''they had always an option to choose where to play''. All this happened because everyone played on modded servers, everyone was tired of them but lets wait and see, they will be asked again after the game becomes boring. Its always like that within every game, You disable that, they want that again after some time. You do something wrong, they want to change that as it was. You left the mods available but they are not tracking. Now I am talking about fun. Do you think people are going to play non tracking server? Never. In many games they aren't and they won't. They wont receive any accomplishment, at this point they won't receive tracking and no honor points for them to level up. All now i am arguing is that people had choice, it was modded players vs classical players. We can leave this as it is but I get to this point in the future when we are going to change plans of making fun.

I don't hack. I just look at the consequences. I am not being selfish. I want everyone to enjoy, even if the person did made a mistake. Everybody should get a second chance, even if it was your worse enemy. I am not talking about pit who had plenty of second chances but he didn't take the opportunity he was given, we don't need people like him. And he shouldn't even be mentioned in the forum, he did a few things but stopped when people required updates and work from him, people were bitching too much which made him change. Anyways back on the topic.

Nailum isn't stupid, he or the community isn't. You see there is personal opinions and aspects of whats better. Nailum has warned people not to try hacking, which is good. He also sounded as he wanted to get a chance to play again. I know and I believe in people for their second chance, they can learn and don't tell me hackers stay hackers. With this kind of Anti System they wouldn't risk again. This is free community, they can speak anything they want and have nothing against the people who is against me or for me. At least the forum has activity in which we discuss.

I respect you ''Top _ Secret'' even if you're not worthy to be respected. I don't think this person nor I had anything against you. You came with your definition of right and wrong and knowing truth from lie. I have nothing wrong for you to tell us something that goes in your head.

All I m saying is that, if you were in the hackers shoe, lightly you saying you will never be, but if you are going to be one day then you are going to beg or ask for a chance to play again. I don't love hackers, but I love challenges. Therefore you have Anti cheat programs fighting hackers to improve the anti each time, without them there wouldn't be any kind of programmatic challenge. I believe in religion and feel as to fresher this community and not to be a big bullies around who knows this game for long time. It doesn't make you harder or tougher, i believe in humanity and I think there is nothing wrong with that.

I don't try to force change rules and I don't know all of the rules that fly around the gaming world. Pretty sure all rules are the same. I am trying to change ''some'' of the rules that would help assist in the future because I have nothing that would help me to change something just for myself as I am not selfish.

NOBODY DISABLED MODDED SERVERS!!!!! They just aren't tracked anymore, meaning they don't count towards your stats on battletracker.com.

That's the point, people want stats to be tracked because you get points and fun, do you think people join non tracked servers? everybody wants a tracking server or that would just waste life of nothing.

Once again we are hearing how those who are enforcing the rules are to blame and yet that is so far from the truth. Those who knowingly and willingly install a hack with the sole intention to use it to gain an unfair advantage over the majority who want to play and have fun legally are to blame no one else period. You speak how the game is dieing. Allowing people who cheat and hack back will do more damage because when a new player comes along and they get their ass handed to them by a hacker a few times they do and will loose interest in playing this game or worse yet, whip out old google and start searching for a hack themselves

First, you can't have fun at classical gameplay all the time, it will get boring and don't try to deny my truth of saying. They disabled mods, where is the fun? They enforce people to go look for other games which makes them leave the game. Wasn't this clear ages ago?

People had a choice, they could have played modded servers or normal servers, nobody forced them to play ''modded servers''. Isn't this clear? Oh I m sick of waiting 10min on the normal server till people gets in..., well that just means they want to play modded servers. Im sick of all excuses, it is not even truth you saying...

It disappoints the AA lovers? How? The only people it disappoints are the idiots who try to use hacks and get caught. And if you're trying to hack, you don't really love AA.

Why do you think people use hacks? To make them better? No, not really, it is because the game is getting boring, by disabling mod tracking you disable fun which way they get fun for trying hacking. It really does disappoint them, you have removed mod tracking who loved it, isn't this disappointing for them?

No excuse and I do have experience with game mods and map editing from the past I just don't care to convince the developers that there harsh actions will inevitably limit the player numbers over time and we've already seen this. Gaming should not be so serious. Beside I have linux box on a major backbone that host game servers of many games types. I just wanted to experiment with this hack with this version of AA. All I can do now is share my experience of how the developers deal with people like myself. I'll still come to the forum to see the future outcome because I see where its headed.

Everything you say is true.

Developers do take serious actions with the players who broke a rule. I mean, this is just a small video game and is nothing compared to the games like ARMA and so on and on. Yes, the numbers of players will be heading down words, I have already succeeded seeing this happening from the beginning and it doesn't matter really how much time they put in, it is up for them to put that free time of their own to the game. They should give more fun for all because it will be getting boring in the future.

Yes, ''the gaming should not be taken serious''. Its just a video game, people like to play them and they should be able to play them with at least a second chance. You ruin they enjoyment and a mistake to learn by banning them forever. It's a big lost for the community if its going to continue with the punishment they receive.

Yes, the developers, especially the ''MAIN'' developer ''ELIZ'' is taking too harsh on the punishment. All i can say is that they look at only one point, they look like selfish and very strong being developers and not even ''thinking'' of giving second chance. Maybe i went here too far, but I must say this because it really disappoints the AA lovers. Admins shouldn't even behave like that with the people.

I see where it is heading too mate. It's going to be a disaster even though with those updates they planning. They should re think of the punishment.

there are many other ways to learn about hacks - you do not need to install them really and play with it.

Actually you do. To be honest, you just need to look at the source of the hack to know quite a lot of it but it does not give you a testing, to install and to play...this gives you testing. This way you test a hack, if the hack works properly and if it needs some debugging. I understand, you only warning others, but listen, assist doesn't give you second chance so there is no point in begging, as you never did and well done. This is just a video game, there are plenty more so move on.

There shouldn't be an excuse implied into this forum. There is no such a story to make admins believe you as how it is happened, i understand that he or her might be lieing but I think he is really not. I think he used it because there is no fun anymore. No more mods and really it's just classical game that will really get boring in the future. Same guns, maps and same people you played thousands times is just going to be a disaster. Not saying nothing to admins, just offering to look at the notification right here. I totally agree, there should be fun, not only classical and normal game. Look at 2.3 version, the best version is out there in the spot, still shining as the best version. Assist is trying to improve the game and move into  today's modern games but it should not. I think what assist should do is try and make 2.3 version, shouldn't be hard as 2.8. It would also attract people because most of today's players are quite bored of the same games all the time. Lets take example, Battlefield, COD, what did these games made really? Nothing, improving engines, and graphics that's all and no fun at all.  I must agree, assist takes all the fun away right now, they implement AA3 maps, whats next? graphics...weapons?  How many more maps we have? They really nothing special, many already moved from AA3 and it was I can say, it was the hatest version of AA.

Sorry but this is off topic, if you have anything important to say please fell free against or for my headline.

ELIZ@ Roger, I saw it, but people really don't see it or don't care about (info screen on client), they just click deployment to play the game. Of course it's not bad and agree with your option, this can be locked.

Feedback & Suggestions / Suggestion to re vote on Mission Types
« on: Saturday, November 16, 2013, 12:17:22 PM »
Look at the results, this is not a ''Majority'' of people who vote. I would like to suggest to re vote this and input it in the assist when the new updates comes with more community involved. I mean on all Maps and all Mission types. I mean only forum users vote, who may not playing the game at all. The expire limit is also too short, just a suggestion as you may agree, lack of  ''Majority'' votes. Mission type polls are important. I think everyone will agree on this but who knows, you can't expect anything.

Just an opinion.

To be honest, ''Assist'' always were looking for coders, but now I see the problem when they find them, it becomes too late. I mean, in your face there is Nobigdeal who is good with EU engines. Assist could take chance and recruit him, with his chance he would prove himself as assist project goes through.

Amen on this thread.

Eh, out of words to be honest. Someone else could try something because I have an empty head. I think I have put all my suggestions and options for the course to be accomplished. I don't agree with more cause than good. I think it's pretty clear that the suggestion with giving second chance is just an option of ''trying'' and running servers with assist is actually even a better idea than making other companies earn money and make their business even more entitled than it is now. But I can't say anything and I can't decide anything, its up to Assist team.

I think it's pretty clear that, let's say ''Majority of Forum Users'' don't agree with it. I have nothing to say in this topic anymore unless I think of anything else. I am proud of giving some suggestions and making forum active by discussing the importance of the assist and its team.

I sum everything up from admins point of view, so it's clear:

I have made suggestions towards helping assist. I have agreed with options 1 and 2.
3 is kinda hard and I understand that but all together it is thinkable of something in the future.
Option 4, 5 and 6 is not for agreement within assist. For couple things, because it has apparently more ''disadvantages'' than ''advantages'', it will not improve player base, banned or people who broke a rule will no be willing to pay, it will make unhappy atmosphere in the forum and in the game which will make players leave the game, the Tag option is not agreed because it will attract more second chance users which would be a ''disaster'' in making other clean players leave. Okay.

I sum everything up from my point of view, so it's clear:

I agree on 1,2,3 but disagree with options 4,5 and 6.

Well because there are really no more ''disadvantages'' than ''advantages''. It will improve the player base by at least 20+, just look at the banned players, count them up and sum how many players could come back with second chance of being a nice and fair people. What would happen if they are not nice..., well the second chance is taken from them forever and they stay banned forever. Banned people will be willing to pay if it was even an $100. Do you know why? Because there are  quite a lot of banned users following this game and to play this game they love they would. It won't make unhappy atmosphere if you keep everything privacy, if you hate keeping privacy from forum users then please why you have admins section where you guys talk about anything, discussing anything and so on. We barely know whats happening there, how many private stuff you keeping from us right now? If it would make unhappy, well they would just keep playing if they love this game, I am not saying to suicide but a ''TRY'' would not harm anyone. I offered Tag and probably have to agree with admins there, not worth doing it. You can't be sure of anything, I can't be sure of everything if no one is willing to try.

So, you guys want to boost community and make community together. Well that's not impossible but it may be success someday..., do you know why its not impossible right now?, because we all have different personalities and we're going to find something untolerated that we will hate. If you don't give a second chance on the forum, then there is no hope. Lets not even talk about forgiveness and lets not talk about second chance, because on this forum and this game there is none of it. I see on this forum, selfishness, licking asses, scared to do a mistake, scared to say something bad because there is no self opinion, all I see is agreeing, staff agreeing with each other, there is no self opinion because you all support your team members or your ''internet'' friends. I loved ''Kilaman's'' reply. He has told another ''staff member'' to be more quiet in other sense, he explained and teached MIKAWE and supported me for helping assist. He agreed with my opinion on MIKAWE's smart language, which I must say and pull my head down for him typing simple language, it is much better and for himself I think it's better too. I think most users are just reading comments and seeing more support on one thing, which makes them decide over everything. Admins (ELIZ) etc gives no second chance because ''Hackers pay cheats not them'' which I gave solution before, because they work for free for keeping the game alive where hackers destroying it...wait what?, so why moan when you ''DO'' this for free? why just not make this game payable to play;), and in other words there are no second chances for them. They see one chance which is not even humanistic. With that I will finish saying, the best way to cheer yourself up is to try to cheer somebody else up and a ''try'' is all i am asking for.

Assist Support / Re: Sound problem with Windows 8
« on: Friday, November 15, 2013, 11:08:16 AM »
Does it happen when using youtube, or any other software frequency? I guess you need to update your sound card like Mikawe said. Automatic updates has been installed today for my windows 8 and have no problem with assist whatsoever. Make sure all updates installed and sometimes it causes because the sound card has reached its limit and you overpoweringly use it for example, too loud.

ok so cheaters dont get a second chance, but what about unfair tweakers. for money a second chance?

another aspect i read here is the money earning itself. i think all money, which comes in, should be reinvested into the community. noone should earn any money...
the major aim should be to boost the community.

To ''boost'' community isn't really easy. With specific aspects it would. The point is, I can't really see more disadvantages than advantages for letting everyone play (giving second chance) expect pit-23 and polllini. I mean, it might make people unhapppy but isn't this what we are looking for? the solution, the point, the try. Is it going to be so so so harmful if we actually tried. Would it be the ''World End''? The point is, no one is willing to give it, everyone has their own aspects and opinions. They can't be bothered listening and trying.
