On PE server, a random guy wasn't aware of the spamrule either (there's no way for people to know if they just come in) so he spams and kills HT General Alkos. Same reaction there, alkos says, not welcome on HT server ... such a war between admins, it's ridiculous

And alkos doesnt even know how to ban, he is on the forum asking to swap the server from map... he has no idea lol

Today had a nice example also on HT server
ATAS yakamoz was nursecamping again and again and again.... and after the i dunno how many warning he got kicked by admin.
Than he rejoined, and said: ALL HT NOT WELCOME ON ATAS SERVER FROM NOW
Well we ignored him.
But he was showing his true colours that sad kiddo

(more or less) At least they can contribute to the community. If they are spotted with another account or trying to register a new account = perm ban. Hacker tag cannot lead to anything good.
