Hang wants only SF (if I understand it right)
Soul wants to be able to FC all guns, but keep it realistic
Army wants to be able to jump high and shoot rocket ammo

I admit to using fastswap, yes. I've never seen a rule that said you were not allowed to fast swap.
The point os, in your oiringal post you explain that you don't believe some people do it by pressing different keys at the same time. You think that some have a magic trick, which wouldn't be allowed if there was.

Key binding 1 key for a fastswap isn't allowed as far as I know. But I do it the normal way, like plenty of other players and i haven't failed it in a long time

First of all I don't see what's so negative about my post. I was just explaining to Soul that he'd have more chances to make things change if he could gather more "pro-mods" players. There's no need to be Einstein to understand that.
