I'm glad to hear that you enjoying it. Singleplayer sounds pretty epic.

It is. I think it's worthy of being in the series now. The effects, animations, missions, weapons. They all boast that modern feel without having that CoD feeling. Looking at my screenshots (tempted to upload more but I won't) when an airstrike is called in, there's the typical explosion but they added a fog-like dust cloud that comes towards you with falling debris and it hangs around, slowly dispersing.

Looking back, I think the slow start is good. It's not just a jump into action shooter.

Anywho, I'm really enjoying MOH more. I've come to find out that it's somewhat in COD style in that you take the role of a few different guys. I think there's about 4 now. I've spent all this time playing and it's just encompassed 1 day. Pretty fucking epic to see "Day 2" come up in white text on a black screen after playing so much. Day 2 starts with a rescue mission that goes bad (cliche?), you basically jump/fall out of a helicopter that then takes a RPG hit and starts spinning and at one point slams into a rock right above you then crash lands. You are watching enemy shoot at it the whole time and when it crashes, they go running to it. Then you stand up and all you have is a knife and you're meant to go rally with another guy that fell out. Goosebumps were had. I'm enjoying it quite well. I'm also really pleased with the prone animation, it's very realistic.

God the netcode is bad for multiplayer. With low ping I was still being shot around corners. The hitboxes seem to lag behind the player by about a meter.

Aussies *facepalm*

Oh, right. Then just re-download and it will scan that same folder, see that you have everything setup and allow you to play.

Nope. DICE made the multiplayer and used their engine, which is frostbite.

Oh right, I remember now cuz me and Blue were wondering why they did that since UE3 has a multiplayer aspect...

Frostbite is only used for the online portion of the game. A heavily modified UE3 is used for the singleplayer portion.

Whaaaaaa... I thought it was the other way around...

I'm also currently downloading this guy:

I might uninstall Hazard, it's pretty difficult but I'll give it a couple more tries.

I was talking with Dann last night and I ended up on the UE3 site looking around and I spotted this:
http://www.udk.com/showcase-hazard

I want someone else to check it out because it's a mindfuck of a game. It's so hard to describe that I won't. Just try it, it's like 140MB or something.

I totally didn't know Steven Spielberg created the MoH series.

The original ones, I don't think he had any part in this new one.

Blue, the environments look way better. I'm really liking the Frostbite engine for it's lighting. BFBC2 was pretty mind-blowing and this is stacked right next to it.

Yea I know but I cant help to think that you individually sequence every pic because I once did something similar. I had to change the duration of every fucking picture because the default 10 seconds was wayy to long and I didn't know how to change the 10 seconds to something like .5 seconds.

In Windows Live Movie Maker I just selected all the images and changed the duration. I was really only in Movie Maker for a couple minutes.

Script that takes a certain amount of frames in a second so that it comes out the same way as snapping a shitton of pics and putting them together.

Adding an effect to a video wouldn't be as fun as taking a shitton of pics and selecting the right ones IMO.
