As teddy said, you have to login into the 25Assist client with the new account to generate a activation request, from what I can see, you haven't yet.

Sorry ELiZ but I requested proof when I got banned and till now I'm not received it yet, for me it is like there is no any proof, because I belive in myself -> no mouse software was running while I was playing and I never used any script or something related to macro. Best regards
Do really want us to post the video we used as secondary proof of macro usage?
The primary detection, you were the second highest user during the week we were running the silent detections.

Just because the macro was running inside your mouse, you thought we could not detect it, guess again.

What do you mean without proof, we got proof, we would not have given you a temporary ban without proof of macro usage.

battletracker online again - maybe ELiZ has to change back the work around?
When BT is online, witch it is now, Assist Auth will use it for authentication, it's only when it's offline the cached version will be used.

The secondary login service is now online, and you should be able to play now.
The only difference is that instead of using the BT username to login, you have to use your AA name as username.

Looks like.

We got no warning beforehand, so we don't know if it's temporary or permanent.
Fortunate we have been prepared and kept information enough so that we should be able to process logins ourselves on a temporary basis.

This new function should allow you to login with the same password as earlier if you have used the account recently. More information to come.

Looks like I need more information.

I tried to simulate a CE and rejoin the server.
I would not allow me to do that while the crashed session was still active and had to wait until it times out to be able to join a server. Can anyone find a picture of the Client message?

I'm getting unsure that I know the bug at all.
