Try to change important fundamentals of an organisation, for example the constitution. I can assure you that even if they can change it, they need at least 2/3d of the votes. A lot of associations got the same with their statutes (Not sure if this is the right English word)

When i had my server rules were simple
Same clan same side, i think is the basic stuff, if you have a clan and it's a team then why play both sides to kill eachother, they just do it to ghost around, last week i was playing there, and they were taking turns, like 5 ATAS on escort wich they always play in, and 1 ATAS in ambush, half an hour later the ghoster swaped teams ang another ATAS came ambush in hes place.

u haven't killed em alot nor been ban for a stupid reason, like they said i was suppose to be flashed and i wasn't lol
if u ask me probably a bunch of 15 year olds run that server
