I've wanted to play LoL for a while but I don't have a big interest in playing games anymore. If I do start up a game it's probably to shoot some bots in bf2 or continue a single player game.

Shockingly I think I'm starting to arrive at that as well. I've been doing a lot more outside work. I've just had no will to play multiplayer games the last couple weeks. I've popped on BFBC2 just to test those JBL speakers I got but that's it. I've spent a couple hours on GTA4 but gaming's losing it's appeal. I'm sure that will change with BF3 at least until I finish the single player.

I see why Skrewy likes this game; half-naked men he can ogle.

When I visit a website and see a sexualized beast/demon woman and/or non-skin-colored bald dude, it's a good bet that I'm going to be closing that tab right quick.

The good news is you do not have to quit AA to join another server through Assist, Just minimize the game and the click join on another server and Assist will switch you over.

I was going to suggest that but not having a Mac, I didn't know if it would work or not. Good to see you're still around Jonny :) How have you been?

You mean on the "Lexus" decal?

I'm a little surprised that BMW would put plastic wood in a car to be honest...

the good news is... AA2.5 coming back from the grave.. now there are many player & server show up...

I'm shocked.

Anyway, I'm sure there's a fix somewhere but I don't know it. At least you can go to Assist, look at the IP and put it in a document and move that to the corner of your screen and then join via IP. Sorry I really can't help any more.

NO! Get the armor-lining  stuff. Its like a plastic coat, I used to once, to black out logos on a friends car, and I'm planning on doing this on the wood grain inside of my bmw, it looks 100% better than paint on plastic. Plus it has texture!

Why would you paint textured plastic over wood grain?

You should spray paint it all black and make it look all classy and shit

When I get to Walmart again, I'll pick up a rattle can of flat black to finish it off.

Yea, I'm not too worried about the speakers. I did get them for free and they were made as part of JBL's middle-end home line but they still are fantastic speakers. I don't get any distortion or rubbing with average use, even with loud movies and explosions so I think it's fine.

Skrewy, I don't throw my headphones, I just log off Steam :)

I had an idea the other day to build a stand for my headphones since I got tired of laying them down and having them constantly get in the way. I thought and thought and remembered that I have misc random bits of PVC down in the barn so I went down and pieced something together. This is what I came up with:

Not bad for scrap materials laying around. I kinda wish it was a little taller but I might change that in the future. When I get to Walmart again, I'll pick up a rattle can of flat black to finish it off.

Even though I can see a blob of non-dry glue, I believe the majority is dry since I can't pull the rubber decorative covers off so that tells me that the glue that seeped out underneath them is dry. I hooked them up on my desk with temporary crossover wiring (until I my binding posts arrive and until I can afford new caps). They look and sound fantastic. Unfortunately though when running a 15hz tone at loud volumes, I hear some rubbing in the left speaker. But since that's extreme movement and that should never happen in typical use, I'm going to ignore it. Here's my current setup:

Yea, I thought that's what one of the Hotfixes did. You sure you tried it right?

Me neither... they're still not dry even sitting overnight.
