it's not that hard. instead of bringing drama yourself, Merlin could have asked for the appeal on your behalf.
instead, you chose to attack everyone here on other threads, and created a new account solely to do so, because your original account disallowed you to make those attacks. all you had to do was acquiesce, and simply and respectfully post an appeal, or have someone write an appeal for you, without bringing all the drama. THEN, and only THEN, you could defend yourself about the DDoSing issue.
yet, I do not see a single post of appeal in the appeals forum here. and even so, if you had a friend in Merlin, you could have asked him to speak on your behalf instead of being sneaky and creating a new account and bashing everyone like the whole world is set against you. well, it is now, because you just did that!
and you trust this guy? I thought you were smarter than that! why would you buddy up with a guy who thinks he can go around a ban by masking his IP and create a new account to bring drama back again?
The difference is that he contributed back to the game and isn't a nuisance on the community or game now. Sure, we try to have a blanket statement and say that all bans are permanent but some cases are unique.
I went out of my way, and pissed off the other admins doing it, to unban you because I believed you would be or could be of benefit to the game. You've proven time and time again since then that you generate drama and you're a drain on the game and it's community. You've had your chance and been given the benefit of the doubt multiple times. The proof is in how you act, regardless of the DDoS issue, you instigate arguments, hate and drama amongst players. Your attitude and behavior are something this game doesn't need.

only because he did in the past bullshit. at least 6 month or longer, he did nothing bad at all. now tell me, why should he be banned. but please, stay serious. imagine, you would be banned from this game now, because you did bs in the past, but long time ago. what would you feel, what would you think?
if you had gone through the proper channels (i.e. through this: http://aao25.com/forum/ban-appeals-98/ or the relevant sites if you were banned by a particular server) without hijacking the shout and other threads, you may have been reinstated if you properly stated your case, instead of accusing everyone to be a liar. as it stands, I would see no reason to disagree with the powers that be who took action against you, and the current situation which is making your case worse with auth being down. if you weren't the perpetrator causing the DDoS, you wouldn't have to call everyone a liar, and just say you simply didn't do it. if the evidence is stacked against you, then it is clear that you are responsible, and you must take responsibility for your actions. everyone is seeing right through you right now, and no amount of trash talk is going to make anyone change their mind. therefore, ergo, you would deserve to be banned based on your behavior and tone. you are clearly not as innocent as you claim to be.
so, suck it!
