
Where's the running game window/icon? Anyhow, I see your 3rd core is doing nearly all the work, try setting the process affinity for the game (should be
aagame.exe armyops.exe? Check it out in the application tab) and perhaps you'll see use on the third core bump up a little.
That cpu you're running has 4 cores (with hyperthreading), but its an old cpu, and each of the single cores aren't really that powerful. To put in perspective, an i5 2410 that is about as old as your cpu is quite faster than yours. With AA2 using only one of the cores, you're not going to use all of the 4 logical cores (2 physical) of your cpu. That is going to affect performance especially if you're running off the quite old integrated Intel graphic chip (as you probably are), which in this case is the hd graphics.
