Looks like you had a few kicks for having PnkBstrB.exe in your installation, go and delete that if you can. Then your ArmyOps.exe and pc.dat were faulty (from another version of AA or hard drive corruption?).
Go to the INSTALL tab and do a Reset + Repair AA, that should take care of everything.

Looks like your files are outdated from an update. After repairing, Assist should update the files for you. Since other people have had issues, I will be uploading a full install of the latest version of Assist that people can download in a single go.
