Support / Re: MD5 Tool Kick
« on: Tuesday, January 20, 2015, 14:03:32 PM »
Looks like you had a few kicks for having PnkBstrB.exe in your installation, go and delete that if you can. Then your ArmyOps.exe and pc.dat were faulty (from another version of AA or hard drive corruption?).

Go to the INSTALL tab and do a Reset + Repair AA, that should take care of everything.

*EDIT*
Looks like your files are outdated from an update. After repairing, Assist should update the files for you. Since other people have had issues, I will be uploading a full install of the latest version of Assist that people can download in a single go.

You should be able to add/remove admins without restarting.

The .ini with the playeradmins is read by the Assist binary itself which loads and then loads the AA server, the Assist binary does the communication for icons, playeradmin and authentication. It shouldn't have to be restarted.

Not with Assist, it doesn't have to be restarted. That's because Assist checks the file each time a player logs in and sees if that BTID is in the list, it's not built into AA anymore.

Your username is what you use to login to Battletracker. If you don't have a Battletracker account, get one, that's all you need.

Hardware/Software / Re: Post Your Hardware!

You can definitely run underneath, the only issue would be length. I've run the 8-pin CPU header underneath GPU's between the pci-e slot and the rear bracket, there's usually a 3/4" by 1/2" square up there, depending on motherboard layout.

You can do better cable management than that. Only 1 screw on the GPU?!?!? 1333MHz RAM OMG HOW SLOW!

This is an old build I did 3 years back when I was more noob with your same case and no modular PSU. Plus it had 1600MHz RAMS :)

That actually might be a neat thing to have built into Assist itself or at least a secondary program. If Assist could save chat logs and name them, so that you can go back in history and retrieve text, I think a lot of users would like that.

Looking at the clan scores, I'm obviously carrying the team to victory.

Maybe we should have a Spanky calendar, though? :D Like one Spanky for each month of the year.
I don't think you're prepared for that level of manliness Teddy.

The bottom line is that it's wrong to attack someone in ANY manner for what they believe or who they are.

It's ok for me to believe that any religion is a fucked, idiotic, caveman-esque view on the world. But if I attack someone for believing that way, that is wrong. Whether I bully them, hit them or kill them.

Why is it wrong? Well, morally, it's good to be nice to people. Also, a persons beliefs, opinions or physical attributes have little reflection on their character. That's the only thing you can attack or applaud someone for, their character, how they carry themselves in a day to day life. You call someone out for being an asshole or you thank someone for being kind.

You know what gay people damage? Our generation, yes, you may think about your kids, think about you having a boy and becoming homosexual, would you like that? Would you like your boy to take example from some kind creepy dude?

I'm as worried about that as I am worried that a Hindu would force him to never eat: Not at all.

If that's what he likes and wants to do, great. I'm not in any place to deem good or bad on how someone lives their life, nor are you if you remember, that's your god's job.
