So export the barrel meshes with utpt or w/e you use. Import it into the the mAAp staticmesh package. Collision Tools menu > Fit karma primitive > cylinder around z. That should make a cylinder collision fit the barrel properly, I hope. Then it should roll around like a real barrel.
Actually, I convert the mesh to a BSP brush then add it, select it and convert it back to a mesh into the mAAp package. I've done it for quite a few objects that I want to edit like the dirty windows on Pipeline. I just updated the Dropbox mesh package with a barrel as per your directions. It can be our test one. I wasn't actually planning on using Karma barrels on PBall but more of the corrugated metal that falls when you shoot it.
