It seems pretty backwards to me that users have to post here to get their honor edited when the total points on their tracker (in most cases) shows proper honor. I think there's 2 ways to permanently eliminate honor claims:
1. PHP coding on Battletracker to update users' accounts by checking total points in their tracker account.
2. Assist could check, upon login, whether total points matches honor and raise it if need be. Or, there can be an option to "set honor to match total BT points" so people can update honor themselves.
Either method could use this scale:

A chat I had with Skrewy about this:
Major-Skrewupâ„¢: points only work
Major-Skrewupâ„¢: if they had that tracker
Major-Skrewupâ„¢: through there entire AA time
Major-Skrewupâ„¢: if they reset it etc
Spanky: the majority of users would have their points reclaimed though
Spanky: honor i mean
Major-Skrewupâ„¢: then its-a no-a good-a
Spanky: since most users have the total poitns, it's just that their honor got reset
Major-Skrewupâ„¢: like I started my tracker @ honor 15
Major-Skrewupâ„¢: so my total points
Major-Skrewupâ„¢: might be lower then required for my honor
Spanky: but
Spanky: what's the difference
Spanky: 70 vs 72
Spanky: both are better than 15
Spanky: some users do lose honor points
Major-Skrewupâ„¢: yeah but people WILL winge
Major-Skrewupâ„¢: u know they will
Spanky: yea
Spanky: but my point is
Spanky: MOST accounts have a rough idea of honor through the total points
Spanky: right?
Major-Skrewupâ„¢: yuh
Just an idea to help reduce making users register on another forum and have someone key it in manually. Anything to make getting started via Assist easier.
