Well it looks like the server you got kicked on has screenshots for you but I don't know how to access them. That MIGHT prove your innocence (or guilty).

I dunno, gonna have to wait and see what others say about this. Hex editing files is a really old method of hacking, I'm surprised anybody would still try it.

Probably not. You would have to give us the modified file, we would have to find out what was changed and if it was a hack or not and then make sure it's the same one you were using when you got kicked. Too much work for us.

Killa, most monitors, even modern ones support 640x480, that's typically what the BIOS comes up as. Technically, you could play games that low but anything other than native means pixels are being stretched/distorted/lost. Do the math, if your monitor is 1920x1080 and you're playing at 1024x768 then every pixel width wise is scaled to 1.875 it's original size. You can't fill just .875 of a pixel :) Now, if you played at 960x540 that might be ok, because it's scaled perfectly half the size. It's sad that a lot of people don't care. They're usually the same ones with onboard sound :)

You had a modified file. If you were playing AA then that means the file was readable by AA and likely modified to be a hack. If it was hard drive corruption, the game wouldn't start.

I would have to investigate ripping the 2.8 player skins and importing them into 2.5 and seeing how they line up. It could be as simple as that or we might have to create skins in photoshop from scratch which would be a bitch.

He's just saying that he's in AK4 yet the AK4 team hasn't signed up. The site is up and running and fully functional yet the users aren't taking advantage of it. The league site is in the nav, it sounds like you haven't been there yet: http://league.aao25.com/ It's still using the old forum skin. Jared says if the site gets more use that he will update it.

Looks like it's back up. It's done this before, about 3 weeks ago. Shut down for 20 minutes or so. Maybe it self updates the OS or something.

:) Associated as in, they only store user accounts. The Auth server is a 3rd party server hosted for free (he pays for it, you don't) by a guy in his spare time. I think a little down time every so often is acceptable and frankly should be expected.

Sorry if I seem harsh. It's just that it is what it is. It's down. If the project was ended, you would see discussion about it here. The author is in the UK and is likely sleeping right now. When he's made aware of the issue, he will fix it.
