personally i dont like the way decisions are made.
as u can look up in the stats, there 1000 ppl a day who are using assist. decisions are base on polls of 20ppl over the timeframe of maybe a week. thats so poor.
to get the needed information for ur decision, u have to read a long thread with plenty of flame and bs in it.
suggestion:
- implement a voting system into assist, give the relevant information there
- invite them to discuss it here in the forum. so maybe more ppl visit the page and join the community
- install some forum-moderators and change the spirit of this forum

the numbers are quiet high for the intermezzo we had. with mods tracked, u would destroy stats of over 10y army-history, because they're worthless then. u cannot compare normal stats to modded stats. stats are still for a lot of ppl the main reason to play. if u destroy it, u cannot expect that lots of veterans would come back to the game, if they dont like aa4 for example. for aa2 the only way to regain numbers are veterans. the aim of this project must be to make it attractive for them...

but then u need also a stat which was available 2003: time u played defence/assault in %. due to some problems with the devs, homey had to remove these stats again. or u change the mode of gaming with an automatic change assault/defence after 6 rnds.
well now with aa4 and homey active again, there is at least a small chance to get the aa2-stats made up again. and with aa4 maybe a lot of old players come back to test the game, would be good if they also find an acitve aa2-community, in case they dont like aa4...

u made a lot of minor changes in the last weeks and i cant overview them anymore. i can call me as an active player and reader, but whats with the guys out there who are not that active...

most of the players out there dont come here to read through all the threads. u need a new tool to inform the players of the new features and their specific settings. maybe u could do this over the assist. otherwise u gonna upset a lot of ur aa-gamers. even for me as a more or less regular reader its difficult to follow and it annoys me, because i have not a lot of freetime. no offence, just a suggestion...

It’s a private friends only server, which is what the American player base wanted. No password or Ausweis needed on Euro servers. :D
