Miscellaneous / [Aapg] game crashing at start up
« on: Friday, April 29, 2016, 16:36:55 PM »
Downloaded AAPG, guess i'll give it a try. For example on moments when auth is down :P Have played it before for a couple of minutes, but deleted it right away. Hopefully the shooting isnt fancy like cod or battlefield.

Getting the message 'AAgame.exe has stopped working' and/or 'ran out of videocart memory. Exiting."

I can run the game and pick a weapon. The moment the weaponslot 'screen' is gone and im spectating a player or when the game is starting, it crashes. Sometimes right away, sometimes after 30 seconds.

Not sure if this contributes much, but I can say star plays often on hospital. According to tracker he was in 2008 last online. :?

Such policy is shallow and does certainly not meet the desired goal. But actually, we've got the same policy, although its only for strong liquor. The local supermarkets can sell up to 15% alcohol. Everything above it can only be sold in liquorshops. Ofc, these shops arent state shops, but owned by whoever it may be. These shops are everywhere in town or sometimes inside the supermarket, disjunct by a wall or window.

There is a dutch website which compares beer discountprices in the supermarket on a weekly basis. Have a look :)  (disable ad-block)

A case of premium beer, weekly in discount at the local shop, is about 10 euro here. A case is 24 bottles a 0,30L
In pubs it varies. Mostly it depends on the location and Brand.  0.5L is between 3.80 to 5,- euro.
Luckily no clubs who ask 10 euro or more for a single beer, like in spain. :)

You can't be as young as that...you'd seem more mature than quite a few people around here ^^

Hehe I was wondering how you found their prices so high, I didn't notice the same but now I see. In Finland 0,5l basic lager is usually around 5€ ( 4£ ), can easily be over 6€ as well. I always wonder how this country can be so damn alcoholic with these prices :D

A few years ago I visited Budapest. A 0,5L beer was only 0,80 to 0,90 euro in a pub.  :)

Thanks! :)

I am worried about the high price of beer, to be honest... :D

Haha you should be. A beer of 0,5L is between 4 and 5 pounds. But im sure you will have an excellent time.  :)

Yes, apart from that it a) is hugely overcrowded, and b) feels like Baghdad nowadays.

Thats why I said only for a few days. Do not want to life there. Too much Crowd and everything is overpriced

The Lounge / Re: Best PC SetUp for 2016
« on: Sunday, March 13, 2016, 17:59:58 PM »
My PC actually automatically updated to Windows 10 from Windows 7 this weekend...One usually stops the notifcations by:
a) killing GWX.exe (GWX = Get Windows 10/x) - short term solution
b) uninstalling the Windows update that it came with and selecting never to reinstall that update

The latter does have a few issues, though. They have rolled out more than 1 different updates that do this and I suppose I must have missed at least one of them (see above).

And I also don't like the idea of automating everything. Sometimes it seems they expect every user to be on a computer for the first time and needs everything to be handled for them.

Don't get me wrong, though, I'll still be more happily on Windows 10 than XP, but I would have preferred to have stayed on 7 (or at least have a choice in the matter).

Ah great. Will try it out soon. The man reason I dont want win 10 is because of the pirated software. Km affraid that MS Office or Sony vegas wont work any more. Seldomly update the computer cuz of this.
