Here we go, another "i'm pro, you suck" attitude. Let's see were that goes.

It's not about any pro thing, I have never considered myself as 'pro' you mean. Being realistic and honest sometimes hurts other people and gets interpreted as rude attitude, but hey, it's life.

Again, look up my previous statements. The number and significance of those i went after this way, far more outweighs the innocents that got hit by that.

It's your opinion, as we all can see you're outnumbered in it. Sorry.

As for you and tidi... Well... I strongly believe that someone beating up asses of such "pros" like you (exploiting sound to the max, ghosting, etc.) is very healthy for the overall game. It's a leveling thing.

It's sick attitude and it's rather impossible to have a conversation with you on this. You simply don't get it. I believe it's not only my opinion. Absolutely other thing is what you mean by exploiting. If you call it owning 40 euro soundcard, cheapest sennheisers and setting it up to my needs in Volume Panel then ok, I don't have more questions :D Maybe you're the one of those people who listen to 128kbps VBR on AC97 on some 'high end' speakers and say that quality is good and satisfies you, not my problem.

Pit... I remember you as the most predictable player I've ever encountered in this game. Thousands of hours, one map, one side, one tactic, same spots combined with mediorce aim.

It doesn't really make you the man who can tell whos hacking or not. What I've seen you used your hacks mostly just against normal players you didn't like or just had imaginary thought they use something. I remember that you also hacked against me and tidididi for some reasons I don't know...you stalked me for some time like a 10yo kid, whatever I don't care. Your crusade was so dumb, man..., really. It didn't do anything good at all for this game. Real hackers come and go. For this game hacking was never an issue.

Btw. I'm amazed why guy who sometimes looks for inteligent man comes up with such dumb behaviour. You can all answer to yourself why... ;)

General Chat / Re: Time per round
« on: Saturday, May 03, 2014, 14:51:46 PM »
I am all in favor of those slower rounds as well, I miss the long distance maps :)

Sure, you're right but the major case people don't play longrange anymore is round times set hilariously long combined with lack of knowledge of the map and open area behaviour. Time goes on and you can hardly meet someone who knows things, who raised and learnt the game on those maps when level was so much higher than nowadays. Problem lays in psyche of people, they join open area map, get killed pretty fast, that happens few rounds, the guy gets bored and leaves the server after 30 min. Doesn't surprise me to be honest. Main problem is Hospital and acog4x raised community, people who have never learnt how to control M16 and M249 recoil, people who are amazed that you shoot in one point when you have 100% health and cem. Pity that you can't do much about it Bart ;)

I'm for minimizing round times to the logical maximum. On pub or matches, doesn't matter. As for me on publics, I prefer to play assault, it's easier to score heavy imho, faster rounds, more action, more movement, more kills, more fun. As for competitive gameplay, I've played 'a few' matches... In this game nothing works better than good organized rush, in cqb or open area, it just doesn't matter. Of course you know that very well , but I mean long rounds have no sense at all. 95% of maps in aao are one sided, so it comes down to good rush, 0 or 1. I've always laught even at good teams trying to play slow eg. at JTRC Farm Raid and got picked one by one 6 rounds in a row not trying to change anything. It's a state of mind... ;)

hey rmcdzk, welcome to see you back again :)

I was thinking about making an oldschool team for next league again, just to see how well we can cope with the newer players with big mouth :).

Hi Bart. I play for a while from time to time.  ;) But it's not easy to find some free time for aao.

If you decide to set up some team, PM me, I should get mail notification. I would love to go for 20-0 on some cool map like mountain ambush or wherever they claim they know what's going on :D

@bollie
It's not a topic about me, I'm humble man ;)

Since auth is down, of course exactly when I have a little bit of time, I'll add my two cents.

as in longrange, as in the sort of maps you suck at, together with all of the community? They're not strange, they require a diffrent kind of skillset than most people have.

x2.
I would add different type of thinking to your sentence.

On the pubs may be, but on the scrims or marches i must to argue.

How many matches have you played on longrange? Who was your opponent?
You're wrong, of course that only prooves what Ares said. Doesn't surprise me at all, really.

I'm not pubskiller like you.

Don't be a hipocrite, please. As far as I've seen you lately it was only urban on pub, and some scrim with grenouille guys on IC. From what I've seen on IC you are not a matchplayer also. You played with G and I had a good laugh with watnc guys, in that time I would have betted it's your first time on that map on scrim. No offence.

It's funny like you act on these forums recently. You're much too proud for someone who plays one map on pub on decent level in dead game. Respect oldschools like Ares, maybe you are better than him individually on one particular map, but he would eat you on 95% of others like his team would beat yours. It's pretty obvious for someone who understands this game.

Or maybe people left because they got shot from nowhere (lik rmcdzk) and didnt stand a chance

Actually not. Defence was pretty stable yesterday ;) And it's exacly what I were talking about Ganja.

I like your bunny  :P

btw: i think those servers should have some min. rules like one team/one side. admins should take care about that, because other players will leave when they do see that.
because
People in 2.5 can't fucking play longrange, they are terrible at it because of the urban whoring (...)

Instead of urban you can put Hospital and Extraction where it takes absolutely no skill or any kind of intelligence or cleverness to score few kills and feel so god damn proud ;)  As ares said people do not understand open area gameplay in this game, even in the best days of this game I can recall only few names that really knew what it is really about. Rest didn't try to improve or just were too narrow-minded and couldn't, period.

Merlin, since drawing distance is the same for everyone, ghosting on open area maps really isn't an issue, it doesn't affect me a lot since i rarely crawl on these maps so they hear me anyway. It's just about who is better.

People left because defboys went defence (like ganja :w00t:  \_/ ) and some of them camp pretty hard, poor players in assault could do a beautiful piece of brown shit, got shot few times so they left to build up their ego somewhere else. It's pretty simple.

Hi.

Does option "disable SAI" work in Assist settings? I'm asking because it doesn't for me as well as SAI Size. I check this option in Assist, join the server, SAI is still enabled, then I turn off the game and it still stands unchecked in Assist. What should I do to turn it off? It takes too many room on my screen and I don't really need it.

They have corrective surgery in this day and age to remove that stick from your ass tidididi.

It is not a stick, it's a 10 foot pole.

well, the game will only grow if we go play on esl - nobody knows aascrim....

What do you mean by growning? Who is nobody? ;) :D Do you expect waves of new players or veterans coming back to the game? More leagues and cups to come up?
