As I promised:
I am last year graduate student of Computer Science. I've got quite strong experience in technologies like C++, Python, assemblers(NASM,GNU), Linux systems(Debian mostly), GIT and PostgreSQL. I know many others and can learn more. I can sacrafice 4 hours/week.
I'm good in both C++ and Java. I've also dealt with some Java specific technologies such as Swing (GUI) and JSP (JavaServer Pages) as well as touching a bit on database connections in Java. Never got around to learning Python and I don't really see a need to learn it right now.
I see you listed assemblers, that's cool. I personally can't stand working with assembly. Just not my cup of tea.
As for time, I already spend a ton of time on this project, just not on the application development front.
