That's because of how viewpoints are handled in AA. You look from the top of your character's head. That's why people can shoot at you when all you see is the top of their head.

There is no way to quick-swap with a single key. Assist doesn't allow it. It's not that difficult to pull it off though. I'd say I have about a 95% success rate with it.

That is an interesting idea. I personally wouldn't like it. I like communicating with people in-game and there's not much insulting when I play. However, US servers do tend to be more civil.

I don't think you understand. You can still run a modded server and it still shows up in the Assist server browser. Players can still play on it with you. Therefore you can still choose to play on a modded server or not.
This isn't about choice. It's about you wanting modded stats to count towards your tracker.
