Hard to tell. The developer just launched their Beyond Enemy Lines 2 game on Steam last week so I'm guessing there's not been a lot of progress in the ArmyOps division.

I'll see if he wants to post an update here, though.

Has he tried using some of his more frequently used passwords?

Failing that, you'd need to provide some more information.
What's his old account name? (login name and in game name)
What's the name of the new account he tried to register? (login name and in game name)

We have no control over battletracker.com. They announced they would be closing more than a year and a half ago. It's a miracle they've stayed up this long.

With that said, 25Assist is able to function perfectly adequately without battletracker. That's essentially been the case for more than a year now.
