That story was so absurd. I've done bath salts but was smart enough to not OD and go werewolf. And the story was trending on Twitter under the hashtag LSD! LSD wasn't even involved but the story was labeled as LSD. Drug ignorance pisses me off more than anything.

I can basically sum this up as "You're crazy, therefore I'm correct." Even if you are correct, trying to make an ass out of someone isn't going to prove your point. In addition, not everything Grapes has said was necessarily wrong, it just wasn't presented well. There are problems in the US, but the real debate should be about how bad it really is. Religion isn't about hope, it's about having an excuse. It's about not being responsible for your actions. It's a fairytale for grown-ups. If you have to fear Hell for sinning and be promised Heaven for having faith in order to do what you think is right, then your morals are fucked. Spreading nice lies don't make lies the truth. I could go on for days about religion.

Understood, however if the argument degrades into argument by verbosity and from ignorance, it's just going to turn into who can fling the most shit the farthest. True arguments are a learning experience for all parties involved.
