Select BSP surface > F5 > Pan, Rot, Scale > Lightmap

256 for surfaces with no real shadows, up to 4 for surfaces with real detailed shadows. Using 256 as much as you can will lower map size and reduce required video memory. Trick is balancing both so you don't increase or decrease map file size but gain tons of great shadows.

Well.... he could mess with MD5 checks so that live_jump (known hack loading file) shows that it has the wrong MD5 and gets reported to the hacking alerts. This would be enough grounds for a permanent ban.

There's AI in the Overmatch editor you have, AI that was never released. Did I ever tell you to drop the 2.5 ArmyOps into the editors system folder and run it? Have a go, it's pretty cool. Unfortunately, it's offline but it shows what's 'possible'.

What, no river? The spawn points are on one side of the river, the houses on the other. You would literally have to cross the river in order to see the buildings.

no as of now there is no AI maps in 2.5

Nor is there any working method for having AI bots online. I've tried a little in the past but it needs to be researched more before it's deemed possible.

I agree with Undisputed to a degree. I don't think the forums should be deleted, I think they can be cleaned up. Then having a zero tolerance for faggotry with new forum rules and perhaps a few new moderators for those who want to step up and help. I will admit, I'm a little ashamed to see the bullshit going on more and more. I can tolerate it if there's meaningful and helpful discussions but as of late, the ratio is getting out of hand.

If it's a laptop, not much you can do. If it's a desktop, upgrading the video card would help but Mac video cards are expensive.

Undisputed, that kind of detail isn't exactly possible in AA. I have another version of Forest with greenery much less than that and it affects FPS so badly that I wouldn't release it. I am trying to make up for it with small bushes and ground cover. I also might make a day version of the map.

Jason, the fence is a good idea. Maybe even one that could be shot to fall over/knocked down.
