You mean the top heads behind a government funded project would worry about that? Definitely not, even if they should. But unfortunately the path the project took shows what they have been up to, between AA3 and AAPG. Probably the game would benefit from a private studio takeover with US defense  financing (and id bet plenty would like the kind of budget and resources it comes with).

My game is still freezing , but now it is lasting for longer periods between 1-3 seconds. Dont really know what to do next ?

Did you already checked the temps? (I mean, any huge change after you'he been playing for a while? You might find temp logging useful). Do you have a system with both an Integrated Intel graphic chip + an Nvidia card?

Pretty much. Record them in-game if you like, or show some sort of proof if you actually think someone is using an exploit or anyway taking an advantage. Chat talking doesnt mean much at all without the backing.

At this point I'd rather test the gpu for a while with furmark or another gpu-intensive benchmark to clear out gpu hardware issues...

I think this was the first forum discussion about the matter, at least as far as I recall...it was late December 2011, a few days after the official auth & services shutdown. I remember jonny talking about an early version of the auth that was running on a really noisy and not terribly power efficient server in his shed/barn
