I've removed the HW ban, so now you can log in with your new account.
You will get that status is pending, but I'll activate as soon as I see it.

AA Support / Re: Silly Mouse Problem playing on a Mac Mini
« on: Friday, January 30, 2015, 15:54:03 PM »
Eliz, it is not a problem with Mac, but with wine which you have chosen to deal with lack of amd64 version of aao.

Mouse should be locked but it isn't. As far as I remember winetricking direct was solution to this problem.

You have to know that if you won't take some steps to save this  game it will die.
It was working for him until yesterday, and since there has not been any update to the client for a while, the problem should not be the client it self, but rather some setting for AA itself.

To Targa:
First try this:
On the Install Tab, click
"Reset+Repair AA"
This will delete setting files for the game, but will leave most of the files intact.

If that don't work try this:
On the Install Tab, click
"Complete Re-install" to completely reinstall the game

For now, use this download link to the only file that changed today:

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/62876385/AntiPoke.u

Place it in the system folder:
%appdata%\25Assist\armyops\System\

This might have something to do with it:

The sourceforge.net website is temporarily in static offline mode.
Only a very limited set of project pages are available until the main website returns to service

AA Support / New admin command ASS
« on: Thursday, January 29, 2015, 13:25:39 PM »
Nothing extra need to be loaded in the ini, all an admin has to do is to type
Code: [Select]
assin the console, and all players will swap teams.

Code: [Select]
final exec function ass()
{
local PlayerReplicationInfo PRI;
if (ViewportOwner !=None)
{
if (myLevel !=None)
{
ForEach myLevel.AllActors(Class'PlayerReplicationInfo',PRI)
{
if (! PRI.bIsSpectator || PRI.bWaitingPlayer)
{
log(ViewportOwner.Actor.ConsoleCommand("admin A_SwitchTeam" @ PRI.PlayerName));
}
}
}
}
}

Function will be available tomorrows file update I have planned.

I found inspiration for the new function here:

I've added a similar function to the next version.
Only main difference is that my function informs the user, it's because it uses an existing ADMIN command on all users(Just like AFC does).

Code: [Select]
final exec function ass()
{
local PlayerReplicationInfo PRI;
if (ViewportOwner !=None)
{
if (myLevel !=None)
{
ForEach myLevel.AllActors(Class'PlayerReplicationInfo',PRI)
{
if (! PRI.bIsSpectator || PRI.bWaitingPlayer)
{
log(ViewportOwner.Actor.ConsoleCommand("admin A_SwitchTeam" @ PRI.PlayerName));
}
}
}
}
}

Nothing extra need to be loaded in the ini, all an admin has to do is to type
Code: [Select]
assin the console, and all players will swap teams.

Function will hopefully be available tomorrow, when I release a new version of Antipoke.u.
Release was meant to be a cleanup job for the santa stuff that still was(is) included, but I can just as well include this.

Drama & Spam / Re: Sweden vs. Islamic State
« on: Thursday, January 29, 2015, 11:58:03 AM »
"According to rape crisis advocates in Sweden, one-third of Swedish women have been sexually assaulted by the time they leave their teens. According to a study published in 2003, and other later studies through 2009, Sweden has the highest sexual assault rate in Europe, and among the lowest conviction rates," Wolf wrote.

A 2010 Amnesty report said: "In Sweden, according to official crime statistics, the number of reported rapes has quadrupled during the past 20 years. In 2008, there were just over 4,000 rapes of people over 15, the great majority of them girls and women."

Main article: Rape in Sweden

A frequently cited source when comparing Swedish rape statistics internationally is the regularly published report by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), based on official statistics provided by each member state. In 2012, Sweden had 66 cases of reported rapes per 100,000 population, according to the Swedish National Council for Crime Prevention (Br?). This was unequivocally the biggest number reported to the UNODC in 2012. However, widely differing legal systems, offence definitions, terminological variations, recording practices and statistical conventions makes any cross-national comparison on rape statistics difficult, which is why the UNODC itself caution against using their figures. It should also be noted that many countries do not report any rape statistics at all to the UNODC, and some report very low numbers, despite studies that indicate otherwise.

The Swedish police record each instance of sexual violence in every case separately, leading to an inflated number of cases compared to other countries. Sweden also has a comparatively wide definition of rape. This means that more sexual crimes are registered as rape than in most other countries. For example, in 2005 Sweden reformed its sex crime legislation and made the legal definition of rape much wider, which led to a marked increase in reports. Additionally, the Swedish police have improved the handling of rape cases, in an effort to decrease the number of unreported cases. For this reason, large-scale victimisation surveys have been presented by criminologists as a more reliable indicator of rape prevalence. An EU-wide survey on sexual violence against women, published the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA) in 2014, placed Sweden below Denmark and Finland, and a previous assessment by Br? have placed Sweden at an average level among European nations.

According to the FRA study there's a strong correlation between higher levels of gender equality and disclosure of sexual violence. This, and a greater willingness among Swedish women to report rape in relationships, may also explain the relatively high rates of reported rape in Sweden, which has a long-standing tradition of gender equality policy and legislation, as well as an established women's movement, and has been ranked as the number one country in sex equality.
