I don't see how one persons ban for a cheat should be lifted while others get a permanent ban for the same thing.

I'm sorry, but it just wouldn't seem fair to me. It is what it is, you cheated, you got punished. It's good that you came clear, but the fact that you cheated remains.

For some, who were just good at 1 map and that's the only map they'd play, 3 FR wouldn't mean they're a true pro.

In theory this could make it impossible for somebody to play using their clantag, without being in their clan (on servers that support it of course). It would also in theory make it impossible for the impostor that pretended to be you to play on servers that support the tag protection.

I used to have clantag protection years ago, and I believe it was more trouble than it did good. Sometimes you could get kicked yourself for no apparent reason and so on.

And as PB doesn't official support AA25, I doubt you'll get it to work properly. (I'm not saying you shouldn't try if you wanted to)

I would guess that the ban reason means you had a violation that is sometimes bannable and someone now has to check whether it was an error or not.

But then again, just my opinion on what it COULD be.

You log in to Assist with your Battletracker information, before you found your old account, you used your new tracker's info, now you should use the info for the old tracker and all should be good.

That account already has 94 honor, so requesting it is pointless. But you need to access that account, because the admins have a policy not to transfer honor between accounts
