You do understand the ping rule right? When you see your ping 50 then it is 50, but if you see someone with 50 then he real ping is 50x4=200. You can play with 50 against someone with 200 and pretend it's fair. I have between 160 and 240 real ping on US servers. More than 120 is unplayable...
I don't think it's necessarily Euro but I think Euro teams could also participate. Unless, we should split it and do 25 EURO to US and EU players... That's what this thread is about, organize things and get ideas flowing.

Honestly the jackass who was telling people this should be banned.
With a small budget it's usually best to check used components because you get more value to your money.
