Try to recover the MBR/bott sector first, better than overwriting all Windows updates ^^, Sometimes mobos are pricky.

You are So lucky, corrupted MBR because of  a BSOD :) You can always download an ISO and run it from a USB drive as well.

I must add, looks like they only have servers at France and Canada (for game server purpouse). so you must choose France if you are at EU side.
Pass the mouse over the "Ready 120 sec".

You can run your server with as much slots as you want or even more than one, since it is a dedicated server. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Shit happens ^^, can you get an Ubuntu or any other live cd/usb? if the system starts, then your PC should be fine. But try unplugging all the stuff from the mobo, clean and re install it, sometimes it is just how you placed the stuff, even if you have did it correctly.
