Any Client that joins a server running a map the client dont have will download it before joining the server.
Same thing, if a server is started with a map it dont have, it will download the map, then start it.
Only drawback is that when Admin Switching8F12 or admin switch) to a map that the server dont have it will not download it.

Maybe I'm not getting something, but how do I get the Recidence and Bunker Crisis maps? I don't see any server with them and I couldn't find a way to switch a server on them either (maybe I just don't know the exact name, I tried mp_recidence, but the server just restarted on the same map indicating that mp_recidence.aao didn't exist).

I don't think more slots on PoolDay would help anyone... there's just not enough room for too many more players (OK, maybe like max 8 per side, but definitely not more), if it were 13 vs 13 you could just randomly shoot and hit someone just because there's so many people...

For whoever else who is also having this problem:
For what we've figured out this happens when you try to re-install PB (I'm guessing some of the antipoke files (antipoke.u in particular I believe) are located on the sourceforge.net server) and you download a faulty version of it.
The way we got around it was having someone who can play send us their antipoke.ini and antipoke.u (antipoke.ini seemed to be the same size though, even though I didn't check it KB vs KB).
Why this may happen was (for me and IronMaiden) because of a fresh install of Windows I needed to re-install PB (basically I think I needed the PnkBstrA.exe and PnkBstrB.exe in the system32 folder and given permission to use the internet).
