It's because the account activation process is automatic, when there can be found a link to existing account will the new account activation get automatically denied. If she can't login and password cannot be reseted, there is a possibility to request for a manual activation of new account and replacing its honor with the old account honor. Old account will be out of business and she can play with the new one.

One way or the other she'll get online if she wants to :)

How can I re-install the game if Assist doesn't work?

If you want to reinstall, delete existing installation and install the game again from new installer, simply navigate to folder and delete.

Make sure you launch the game from correct shortcut / .exe, then you can try to run Assist as Administrator.

Has something changed in your computer? New os version / -update or update in firewall / antivirus?

You can always try to install the game again from new installer after you have removed it compeletely, just back up your .ini files before doing so

You can use "pb_sv_UnBanGuid" to unban an IP MASK ban:
admin pb_sv_UnBanGuid "MASK127.0.0.1" < You're actually removing the ban containing the text inside the quotes(no need to use quotes)
DO admin "pb_sv_UpdBanFile" after each UnBanGuid, to ensure it work as intended
BanLoad to reload the entire ban file (default pbbans.dat), you can use this command to load a custom ban file, just do BanLoad fileName.dat

Well there is a chance that he forgot to remove it, the server was shut down for awhile. I can take a look into it tomorrow unless wickid sees your post earlier, if it's guid ban it cant be removed without restarting the server

I realised my slot closed kicks are related to my internet connection, which gets interrupted every now and then for some reason and I'm not even using wifi. It could be the cable between router and computer, but since both wifi and wire are causing the same and every device are having the same issue, so it's in router. I need to call provider tomorrow.
