A lot of the Battletracker accounts were ported over to our new system.

Your account is one of those. Your login name (which is different from your in game name!) is "netdemon". Your email is "mat****@gmail.com". So if you cannot remember your password, you can reset it here and retrieve it on that email.

I believe the map needs to be the name of the map file. The name for this particular map's file is MP_Shipment.aao - so you should simply need the "MP_Shipment" bit.

I don't see any accounts with "canadiansoldier" in their name having registered in the last 2 weeks.

NB:
25Assist accounts are not the same as aao25.com forum accounts.
Make sure to use your login name to log in (it is different from your in game name).

Teddy,
I tired registering his account on my work computer and it error ed out. It told me the username, email, and player name where already in use even though the activation was denied. So on the same computer I used different email, username(Wi11Wolf5k), and player name. Then I just got another denial email saying to post in the forum.
Can you see anything on your end that holding this up?
First of all, even if the activation is denied, the account (currently) remains in our database.

Secondly, on my end it looks like you activated the account on the very same machine that you have used to play this game since February.
Activation is triggered when you (try to) log in to 25Assist. You'll be prompted to log in before you can actually use the app to download AA.

Alright, well I did try that and it said the username was already in use. However, even if I do that I only have one gaming laptop, so will it let him login if we use another to setup the account then he plays on my laptop? I'm not trying to cause problems or game the system but I'm on the road for work(my son is traveling with me) and I have one laptop that I can install games on. My work laptop has me locked out of admin privileges so installing games isn't an option not that it really has the hardware for it anyways.

I'm just trying to get him going and through training so when he's home and has access to other computers that he can play with me.
If you use another computer to activate the account, that'll be fine.

Hello.

We do not activate accounts on computers that already have an account.
This has been our policy for at least half a decade.

They will have to make another account on another computer.

Im getting desperate now.
I have played AA ops since v1.2 .... I have an Honour of 70/71
I have played on the 25Assist servers for a long time now, but since the tracker stopped I havent been able to get back in. Can some one please advise me as to how I get back in the game. I was sure I had put a ticket in for this, this week but havent heard anything yet ... Kind of getting desperate now   :( :?
You still use the same login details you did when Battletracker was around.

And I'm not sure where you "put a ticket in" as we don't have a support ticket system.

Hey all!

I had aao25 assist installed for few years and it seems like it auto-saved my login details of BT.
When I tried to play I got automatically kicked after 1 minute in server (doesn't matter which one), so I tried to reinstall assist and to try playing again.

Unfortuantely, I lost my account username, so I tried to create a new account which was denied by admins. I don't remember my exact BT username, and cannot register a new account, and I'd love to play some aa like old times.

Can you please send me the username of my BT account on PM? I know my password.
