AA Support / Re: The game keeps crashing and asking for a disc.

I had that back in the day.

If I pressed continue, I'd get kicked for some PB violation about half an hour later usually (might have been coincidences as well, though).

but what does assist have to do with the way a player talks in game?????? Freedom of speech, lets not take that away from players now, yes I know dav3 is a pain in everyone's ass, but can't ban him assist for his conduct in game unless he's always tking players which is not the case
[/--/]
But what if he violates the ToS that he so carefully went through to find anything he could whine about?

What ping did he have? I know a lot of the times people with high ping seem to fire very fast bursts (just cause the info that they shot the burst got to the server later, maybe even 2 or 3 burst infos at a time).

And in any case, your AR doesn't necesserily fire faster than an m16. In this game, I'm pretty sure they fire at about the same rate, while according to wikipedia, M16 fires 700 - 950 (avarage 825 I guess) rounds a minute and M249 fires 800 ronds per minute, which is pretty much the same anyway.

I guess there's not a better place for it?

Plus, editing maps is sort of linked to mAAp, in the sense of having to do with the editor.

It's not normal, but it's not illegal.

PS. Found ELiZ's quote:
There is nothing that prevents anyone from playing with 2 accounts on the same computer.
The only check that active by default is when a new account in created.
So if you try to create a new account on a computer that already has an account played on, it will be denied.

Assist clearly states every player suppose to have 1 account per Player  , unless he's balling out and has ten computers  :P
Actually that's not really true.

If you already have an account, Assist wont allow you to create a new one.

However, if you had more accounts before this policy was created, nobody's going to stop you from playing on them if you're playing clean.
I've seen this confirmed by admins here as well (ELiZ said it I believe).

He was accusing Rapture of using hacks in an other thread.

I'll go out on a limb here and say no, it's not OK.

While I was not there, I'm not sure Rapture would go as low as to use hacks in the game.

He's talking about the forklift at NorthWest outside.

And also, pushing the forklift makes it move without it's front part (the lifting mechanism).

well 2.8.5. had no fastswap and a large competition history. the animations were just slightly faster than 2.5. this was probl the best compromise devs have done.
2.8.5 did have fastswap, you might have not known how to do it. They did limit the ways of doing it.

As for the Battletracker account.

If you can log into your battletracker, then that's the same info you use to log in to Assist.

If you can't log into battletracker, try recovering your password.

If that still fails, you can always just claim your honor on the appropriate board here on the forums.
