I wouldn't mind  AA2 is AA2  in Battletracker -  even though this assist is called aao25 (it was tracked by bt before  in the past) in my opinion it would be nice to change it back the way it was

Maybe the best thing would be to have our own statistics and not rely on battletracker anymore  like it was suggested in topic - Seven day experiment - dont know how much work is involved to set up a thing like this

Where would you find that in future ?

Can't access video btw - some error message occurs
Otherwise great idea - I am a stat freak

Hi there,

I there a way to remove the box brackets of the AA 2.85 games so that they appear in the personal stats
again - sitting with them stats and cant improve them ?

It was said that it is a battletracker issue - but maybe the programming of the assist side could be
adapted - would be cool

somehow it worked before otherwise i wouldn't have stats about games like Canyon, SF Floodgate , Steamroller etc. - would be nice to be able to monitor games again

Please discuss

I also noticed  that some if not all of the 285 maps dont appear in the stats as well as all the aa3 maps -
(maybe thats why not so many people bother playing them)

Is there a way to change this ? (battletracker)

Everybody says they just play for fun - but I know that the majority of people dont and keep a close eye on frag rate etc. (including myself)

My whole point basically is to keep the game fair and competitive and close these loopholes where possible

Otherwise we can just all shoot around like lunatics  dont care about ROE and dont take the game serious whatsoever

Well thats the last i am gonna say - talking too much anyway and dont wanna repeat myself

I like Steves' idea or suggestion
These maps should have no score or kills counted - like sf map versions of original map dont count
(Half the score and no kills)

As fun maps they don't appear in the stats - so why let them have an influence regarding score , kills

Ach Ganja,

Are we going to discuss the bridge now.My whole point was it is more fun to play maps with a realistic scenario that i can imagine to be happening in real situations of combat or war - the Game is called Americas Army - they would hardly shoot each other in a swimming pool or at paint ball and the last thing that could be happening that they fight in Yetis' lounge or bathroom  :D-

My whole point was to keep the game original and to get rid of the funny stuff. But if the majority likes it -
what can I say.

Maybe  Yeti's Bathtub could be a brilliant realistic map of close combat with showerhead and soapholder
and a naked Yeti trying to shoot you with paintballs

When you press U it will tell others if you are at showercurtain or by the conditioner

Come on - not for me  that crap

I of course accept your opinion Ganja

Just go on and up your frag rate  :D - should be easy for you as a good player

Thanks Spanky - I also dont like bridge construction  - you can't see a damn thing like on a lot of other
[maap] maps  like rooftop, petrol station etc. (reolution isnt good enough somehow)

The original maps are the best and they can be seen in your stat at least  - I have seen players with like
5000 kills and only half of them or less show up in their statistic -same with score

Maybe the whole game should go back to the way where your points kills etc. only count once you have completed a full game (all the rounds)
I think thats how it used to be in the original AA if I remember correctly. Would stop players from signing off if something doesnt go their way (Loosing,ROE, no points etc.)

Including me of course - I also rage quit

Well this game will never be perfect - Just a few thoughts of mine

My suggestion is to remove games like  Yetis Lair, Paint Ball, Glass House & Swimming Pool etc.

These maps are really ridiculous and dont require any skill whatsoever.
I have also seen good players go there and unbelievably up their frag rates (50 kills per hour and more)
No wonder people sit there with 20 kills per hour and more in their statistics - but I actually dont care anymore - doesnt really impress me if the amount of deaths isn't much lower and the ROE is also up like anything.

The Map Aztec should be also removed - it belongs to counterstrike and not to AA - otherwise why not use maps from all sorts of other games - stupid to me

Just my opinion - no offense
