Why do they not just push out 2.8.1, and stop trying to mimic it? All this work into patching up sai, skins and more....why not roll 2.8.1 out fully?

Ya, no. This is much much more than merely enjoying his weekend after "long days at work".

This is on AVERAGE spending 3 hours a day on 1 game for about 10 years straight.

Heck he has spent the same amount of hours on this game as one would at a full time job for over 5 years.  ( 7 hours a day mon - fri  without any vacation time.)

You really need to put these numbers into perspective to really get an..."appreciation" for this guys...."dedication".

I feel there should be ongoing ranked ladders.

As well as monthly, quarterly or yearly "cups" / tournaments. Invite, and open.

To get into the invite you need to be in the top 10 clans ranked or something - need guidelines.

NA and euro need to be divided as well. Unless you play 1 match on na server, one euro and average out the scores or something. tie breaker or something maybe, I cant think of a fair, logical and time sensitive way for NA and euro to play fairly without having a sever in the middle of the ocean.

For ganjas fairness. The top ranked teams will generally be playing higher ranked teams so it should / would be more or less fair if the point system is good. The higher ranked the team, the more points you should earn.

TWL had a decent system, same with IGL when I used to play Unreal Tournament 99 competitively.

Or if you play checkers or chess on pogo dot com they have a neat ranking system. Unsure of the formulas tho, nor how to program an automated system.

Not a fan of the "my wigg" or w.e its called. If I recall they are based on console and other games.

Also, he is really only wanting to "help" for advertisement. Boost his "company".

And single elimination each week? Not a good idea. We should have somewhere to play ongoing ladders, work up a rank and what not. Where you can scheduled a few dates in case some dont work. To assume we will have a large amount of teams available ALL weekend and diff times....mhm.

2v2, 4v4, 5 or 6 on 6 as well.

And only on servers they provide? Blah. If they are GOOD servers in ideal central locations and the majority get good ping, sure, if not PASS.

There should also be divisions between euro and NA. Its just not fair playing on a server half way across the world getting 130+ ping, for either side. Unless you specifically signup to play in a diff one.
