I say green because it takes both teams time to get there and they could be ambushed/flanked easier. You don't want the objectives close to spawn so each team gets one within 20 seconds of round start and then it's just a standstill in the middle of the map. You should have to fight and push your way through.
That's the reason I tried to think of 2 possibilities. It depends on whether we wan't to do it like 'hold you obj and hope you get the enemies' or 'fight to get one, then think about the other'.
Another variant could even be where it would be equally hard for both teams to get either objective, but I couldn't think of a way to place objectives to make it so.
And I also want to add that these are just my suggestions. While I have nothing against having one of those as the layout, I think someone else could also give a fresh layout with a different feeling, then the community could vote on which to keep. (Although such a vote would be extremely hard to do inside Assist I guess).
