The media, I used that a while back but now, I don't want to host the content. I have 300MB of disk space on this hosting account and I'm using half right now. I'm not going to buy more space for a website for a game that I don't even play :)

I believe it links/embeds from external sites.

Even if you find a rope mesh, there isn't a rope climbing animation. We can't really make them because we don't have a lot of the things required.

maybe you can add a rope on the side of teh building to teams can rappel down the rope and through the window into the floor below....just more ways to get into and out of this office area you're thinking of.

Give us $50,000 and a development studio and it shall happen exactly like that.

You guys are mixing how you want something to work compared to the way it's supposed to work.

Type mutate normal again to get out of normal mode.

The mod is made to hand out weapons at the start of the round.

If players run out of ammo, for now you can use the forceclass scripts. It's best to change the player lines to 200 for best performance.

Grenades mode causes people to get kicked because the most grenades any soldier can have at spawn is 4 (the standard spawn class has 4 nades). HackHunter kicks for having more than 4 nades because a hacker can increase their grenade amount. HackHunter does not understand the concept of a mod changing ammo amounts, it will think it's a hack and will kick.

This is America's Army 2.5 and there is no such thing as magic.

I like that idea. I guess it makes the situation more realistic as well because both teams do not start next to each other. I'm thinking stairwells on either side, and a ladder from a maintenance closet can connect to the blue or red tunnel. That way defense can't just camp the stairwells (even from far away) as assault leaves the floor below.

Unless you can think of something cooler.

Heh, I think we have conflicting theories because of how we want to utilize the website. All of us devs are mostly happy with the current setup because all we need to do is check for hackers and new development discussion.

Right now, I think the forum is primarily a dev oriented forum. It would probably be a good idea to have the "good-old" gamer style site following some of august's suggestions. He has legitimate suggestions, look at any video game's home base and it will have the things august suggests. I think we need to set aside a space for the GENERAL Assist, not trying to merge the DEVELOPER Assist with it. Might be time to start using the sourceforge website to do some of this?

Oh shit that's awesome. Have a section of the building made of glass hanging over the edge. There's a ton of possiblities for this map, the hardest part is thinking of all the cool ones.
