I've been trying to discuss with someone from vortex but it doesn't seem to move forward.

So I have a friend who put 17$ on the vortexserver site but for some reasons he couldn't get his server (26 slots, amsterdam, 16.90$). So they send a new invoice that he has to pay in order to have his server.

But he paid already so he's not going to pay a second time? Anyone has experience in that sector?

This has nothing to do with "staying on Assist" as we wouldn't ban people from Assist for server admin abuse. We have public servers people can play on and that's about as much as we can do. I haven't seen that many complaints about bala but if we get enough I could try to talk to them and give a warning. Emphasis on try.

For this specific case, there's no official brazilian server. I understand why server admins can kick players, but permanently banning them is too hard for these times with little activity ingame :(

So just because he has money to buy a server, he deserves to stay on Assist, and those who don't have money/server and get banned, there's nothing Assist can do?

It's not the first time there's complaints about Ba^La ... Why not send them a warning, maybe it's going to make them think about their actions as server admins.

Teddy said admins might look into it if it's a big problem. So I'm pretty sure it's being discussed.

However theentire topic of "serveradmins abuse" has been discussed several times too, without any action being taken by Assist :(
