I think everyone's allowed to have their own opinion.

Not to mention, that I personally feel sort of the same way about religion.
I wouldn't use the exact words, nor would I feel the need to curse while saying it, though.

And I don't like to say it out loud too often either. That's because I believe most people are (or should be) wise enough to make the decisions they feel are best for them. And who am I to judge what's best for someone else, especially over the internet?

Since he wrote me a PM where he still didn't understand that his account was named "m@$ter.$ound" when the kick happened I made a simple timeline to make it more clear for him.

That's untrue.

Your battletracker clearly states your name was "m@$ter.$ound" from 02.02.2011 till 14.07.2012.

Like I wrote, the game now works, both offline and online.

The only problem is the punkbuster restrictions kicks, which I've yet to deal wtih.

And no, I don't have any other games. Hell, I don't even have room for any others. It's only got 32GB of internal memory.

Dear forum-users, here we go for the second Splash Screen Contest.

For the newcomers, a brief explanation about it:

We have been planning to allow users to submit artwork to be shown when America's Army is launched (splash screen). We already had one competition like this at the end of last year. Starting today and going for 1 week (ending the 25th) indefined time we will be accepting and collecting submissions to be put into a vote and the winning artwork will be used for 3 months. After that 3 months, we will have a new contest.

Since this is going to be the slash screen for the whole summer, the theme is SUMMER

The reason behind this is to show off our users creativity and to get some interesting discussions going. Just to be clear, this is what we are talking about:

With all that said, here are the guidelines:
- Must include "AAO25.com" or "www.AAO25.com" somewhere visible in the graphic.
- Suggestions for other text would be "Battletracker.com", "America's Army" and "Assist". These are not required but any text outside of these suggestions may be rejected.
- You may submit as many works as you want and refine them until the due date (25th of May).
- The graphic must be as large or larger than the original which is 349x211 pixels but no larger than 640x360.
- You are free to use any renders or artwork found on this site but renders/graphics from other games will be rejected
- The final graphic must be in indexed BMP format. Check your work in this format before submitting. Certain colors/gradients may not look good when converted.
- Graphics advertising specific clans/groups will be rejected.
- Feel free to use the Logo and GUI from the upcoming Assist v8, the links are below.

First of all, you're posting in the wrong section, we have a section for Ban Appeals, maybe with a minute of your time, you could find it.

Now that you've found it, maybe you can also find the stickied thread explaining how to make a ban appeal.

Well, I'm guessing your first point was about people being banned "permanently" for game violations and PB stuff.
The reality is, even though while joining it will say you're banned permanently, that's not really the reality. You're able to join back up and play on the same server again, sometimes it just might take more time than at other times.

I sort of agree that server admins shouldn't be able to permanently ban players, but there's little we can do about it. Even if we limited the time you could ban someone for, you could still ban the same person again after said time has passed (has been discussed in other topics).

It has more to do with the mindset of a server admin doing the banning. If you really like the game, than banning everyone who you dislike at one time might not be such a good idea, it would just decrease our playerbase.
