It looks to me like you're unning Assist from inside a .zip file... you need to first unzip it.

I'm pretty sure he's talking about mods where you get a shotgun on the start of round even if there's no admin online.

Such servers will not be tracked, though.

[SWISS]Merlin would probably know how to do it, because we've got one shotgun server on Poolday I believe.

If you correctly entered the username, then it should be there.

Did you already try to log in at battletracker.com to that account?
If not, then try doing that and figure out what your password is and then log in to Assist using that password.

If you can't come up with your password, then the only way you could get it back would be the forgot paasword option on battletracker.

Since all the acounts are held at battletracker, there is nothing we here at Assist can do to help you recover your old account.

All we could do is update your new account with the honor from the old one.

The safety key should be the one that's incorporated to the link they sent you.

Make sure the link that ended up in your browser is the exact link they sent you. Sometimes emails tend to mess that up with line change for example, so to be safe, you can try and copy the whole link and paste it into your browser's address bar instead of just clicking on it.

If that doesn't work and it still says you need to wait 24 hours, then don't worry. You still have access to your email so you can try again the next day. It might be that something went wrong with the sending of the email and the link is corrupt.
Just try it again tomorrow.


And Battletracker admin (Homey) is very inactive the past 3 years or so (poppung up once or twice a year at times), so unfortunately getting any support from there is highly unlikely.
