i am not sure, but maybe this will help you out.
no servers could also mean, that your firewall do not allow to communicate with them.
watch and try this maybe:

i do not have this problem, but maybe you have something in your aa2 folder that is not good. or you have not all needed ports open (there are a lot of them to go for sure - see forum entry about needed ports).

no or lower honors on modded servers? - wow!!

then you have to cut off the mAAp Maps as Square one is first. why?
log on square, go on one side, wait, change the side - uuups 120 honors are yours. do that for one hours by yourself and you got 2000 honors at least (i never did that, i hate that at all, but some are doing so).

so, before moving out modded servers on tracking an honors, fix things like that on "regular" servers please.
and again: do so and go on with stopping modded servers and you will loose more then the half of aa2 players in a very short time. so don't do that, wouldn't be good.

i am still thinking that you should not stop the modded servers from tracking and honor. i mean, you should define the part of modded. for sure it should not be allowed to increase the factor of having honors, but others, why not?

there are many servers out there, very different ones. by myself, i dont like respawn, flying and that crap. but others do, so what and why try to stop that?

and to have a lot of points - if you are looking for that and not for a nice fight - you can go to the "official" mAAp Square. win one round and you have at least 120 honor points.

and to have less points - go to Mountain Pass. there you can play hours for not more than 1000 points.

so leave the world a bit more by itselfs, do not make obstacles or bans. just let it like it is 

yes, that's the fastest way to get back to 10 players, for sure.
so please, let the players choose by itself what the would like to play. there are a lot of different kind of servers out there to choose and - as you can see - it works very fine.
some like this, some like others. that's because we are human and not roboters

Yeah I had been using aao25 for a while.
I could not go to the 'server' tab, as if it was disabled - nothing happens when I click on it.

But it WAS the firewall indeed; I disabled all its components (not just 'firewall' like before, but also 'defense' and 'sandbox security') and it fixed the problem.

I think I don't like the new version of Comodo firewall, will need to educate myself on the settings or get another one :/
