if it keeps crashing after you have used bcdedit /set IncreaseUserVa 3072, try to play another Map, try the Training too. For me still crash on some maps.
He wrote about a crash on startup. Btw Placid, you could also try lowering everything you can from the .ini and then start the game. That could also help you, you can lower the resolution down to 1024x768, disable antialiasing and that could alone might make a difference enough...the .ini you need to look at should be either aaengine.ini or another one with settings in the name (I just can't remember right now).

Ini's sit in my games/aapg/config

I cleared the temporary files, it ran for 30 seconds and then crashed.

Ive got a fairly old computer, 5 years old.
intel e8500
gforce 560 ti
4 gb ram
windows 7 32 bit

I tried:
- reinstalling the game
- rolling back videocard driver to 2014
- clearing game cache
- deleting temporarly files
- i tried: "bcdedit /set IncreaseUserVa 3072" - no idea what it means.

edit, ive tried aapg when it was still beta. It ran without crashes back then.

I guess you also restarted your pc at this point...if you did, and the game still keeps crashing, then taking a look at the crash log might be useful. It should be located in your aapg log folder under documents/my games/aapg. Currently I'm on the phone and can't look it up, but it should be there, copy the last 60 lines from the log and paste em on www.pastebin.com and leave the link around here.
Anyhow:

P.s. and I'm off to sleep btw :)

Your system spec and OS version might also help in clearing out the issue. I took for granted that you either run on win 7 or 10 because aapg *virtually* runs in some way on XP, but at least based on my experience it would not run properly, of course (and indeed the game requirements specify that).

I dont have a clue what you mean lol. Where can i find these files?
You can use windows tools (you just need to select the kind of files you want to get rid of), whether you're using win 7
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-vista/start-disk-cleanup

Or windows 10.

Downloaded AAPG, guess i'll give it a try. For example on moments when auth is down :P Have played it before for a couple of minutes, but deleted it right away. Hopefully the shooting isnt fancy like cod or battlefield.

Getting the message 'AAgame.exe has stopped working'. Guess it was a short try :/
Clear system temporary files and use the check data cache on Steam (game properties, should be the first tab). If it still reports a couple of corrupted files after the check its still fine.

i did try many other games, and only aa2 was comfortable for me. but now its also - after a long long time of beta and updates - a very good game. so it is.
Aapg you mean? Imho the beta worked better for a good amount of reasons, but the hardware requirements for the game in both of its "shapes" are rather high, considering it is a free game (most free games do have very low requirements to start with to gather to a broader amount of people). Also, the user interface in the *final* release is ugly in comparison to the old beta, particularly the font which scales just awful if you use anything lower than native resolution, and again, it is obvious that with that hardware req plenty of people need to lower graphic options in order to play.
The game is filled with similar "minor" issues which taken alone aren't a big deal, but as a whole make for lack of refinement (and its funny, the old beta was more refined in a couple of its parts, particularly sound which worked more consistently across users). As a whole Aapg still potentially makes for a lot of fun, provided you play with a decent team and you have a decent system.

P.s. Source: 2000 hours played on the old beta + around 350 hours on the final release.

you can go and play - as many of us - aa4 (America's Army Proving Ground). you are welcome there, and its not a baby community, it's all adult.
I wish you partecipated to some "anticheat" fb groups, you'd have a slightly different opinion...

Can you guys please leave personal arguments between you or against a specific player out of this thread? Green started it to talk about the "worst case scenario", not just about community issues.

it's this thread right? http://aao25.com/forum/general-chat-90/sf)(-general_alkos/

I think it has been there all the time, it just wasn't seen in Recent Topics list since there has been a lot of other subjects to discuss recently. Maybe Koden will merge these :P
Yeah, funny enough it had the same title of the one he created today (basically his in-game name I guess)...Alkos, next time just look up your posts or use the forum search function.

It was just my opinion dont do drama agai.. ok? I dont meean about ghosting... for exemple you are on west wing.. 3 seke guys playing together.. and they how a clan do all good. 1 come from 1 side 2  from other and get you too easy. nice team work. If they play like independent players it woould be hard for all cach each other.. maybe you understans me.. but i am not speaking in particular about seke.. it was just a.good exeple
Lol, its not exactly well written but I get your point, a funny one...so basically you mean they would make for a more "friendly" gameplay by playing as a set of independent players? As in, not playing as a team? It is a rather funny idea :P unless you mean they're stacking against other players to get an easier win...

There isn't exactly a game that could replace this one...you could play Insurgency, AAPG or maybe Arma 3 (if your pc meets the specs) and you would probably find something you like in each of em, but they're not the same thing.
