First of all be polite, i talked to you in a respectfull way so i would appreciate you do the same for me, second even he hacked in the past everyone in assist has a second change (but u should know that) so unless you have some sort of proof he is actually cheating since he has been playing Assist, from where i stand the useless post was from you.

You can't just report people by his session, he could easly been killing noobs... I saw him playing and he was legit, at least untill i was in the server.
