PERSONNEL AT LEAST HERE IN BRAZIL, WANT NEW MAPS, Cite Here you have new maps available, assist in, or who have already created and pretedem launch ...
Tell me the names here, tomorrow eye ... when changing map .. and now tell my friends and clan members, encourage play new maps ..

There might be a map or two in there that we don't support anymore from older versions

Now with all these maps, most of which 90% of AA players have never played at all, why would you think any new content that we bring would be different?

Don't get me wrong, we admire what you're trying to do, but we have tried bringing in more content. The first time it gets released a few players might try it, but after that nobody does. It's just a wast of time for the map developers.

Keep up the posting like you do to show admins how little shit players like you give about the game as a whole as long as they can play their game. What you don't seem to understand is that the guys working for this project have GOOD intentions. They want the game to be more alive, not for them cauz not even half of them still play the game anymore on a daily/weekly basis, but so people like you could play on it.
The funny thing is, he doesn't even seem to like the fact that we're letting him play this game.

He's one of the guys here who accuses us of 'distributing a game illegally'. And the only reason one would do that is if they don't really wish to play.

It seems to me that the servers are running OK now and people's score and kills and everything is getting through to BT, as well as people with more than 110 honor are able to play.

Therefore, I would suggest, if possible, to postpone to tomorrow morning.

I can't seem to understand where admins get the courage to actually keep the game alive, while people aren't even gratefull and only give a fuck when things get bad.
As if they "got" bad. They had been the same for ages now. I'd be willing to bet (even though I wasn't an admin then), that this functionality hasn't been changed at all after Jonny left.

Looking at a Hospital server, nobody had any points nor kills tracked on their current session on BT (for some, the current session didn't show up at all), even though some of them had kills on the battlefield. It even says a wrong number of players on the server when looking at someone's current session.

It seems that you don't want to play AA because it's distributed somebody other than the US army. You've stated this many times over the course of this thread. If that's the case, you're free to stop.

To my knoledge, this ability for Assist to take screenshots had been here ever since Jonny left, all the time the TOS has been the same and everyone has had the chance to read it.
This has nothing to do with whether or not I think it's the 'right' thing to do.

The fact that we no longer take any screenshots, doesn't mean the game we're distrubuted got any more legal than it was before. So if this is still something you're concerned about (even after what Spanky posted), you're free to stop playing.

But all in all, this has been resolved, so I guess it's just my take on the topic.

It would be great if i can change the spawn points to south and north  and change it back when i want.
To be honest, I'm pretty sure this is next to impossible (or as time consuming as making a new game) to do on AA. You don't see any other maps where an admin can change something like this? It's because the game wasn't built with the capability.

I know that this is not a serious topic as well. And 203 on urban was fun back in 2.6, used to whore SF Urban :D . However, it's not really the way to go. Back then, a lot of the people who were playing on SF Urban had next to no idea what they were doing, but with a couple of capable guys, it's like Killa said, you won't get across the center (you might, if there's only one 203, get through yellow).

I do think we should be open to other kinds of potential changes for this map. Nothing huge, but having M4A1 on it for a week just to test it out couldn't hurt for example :)

The reason you don't see as many players as there are voters, is because people don't play on the same times. They play at different times of day as well as different days.

In fact there are around 600 different players playing every day.

While I didn't watch the video, with me being a physicist, I know there are a lot of interesting phenomena in physics.
Quantum mechanics, with it's uncertainty principle and quantum tunneling is a good example .

I've added the new command to the next version(8.15)

As a admin you only have to do this:

To give all users on the servers a M24.


To avoid any problems all I really do is take the players that are alive and run them though the regular ADMIN FORCECLASS X Weapon. But since I'm doing it on a limited number of players it should behave much better than the exec scripts.

The only problem I see is the fact that if you mistype the string, I would imagine your screen lights up with all the 'only x and y guns available', but I don't really see that as a huge problem. People can still do the same command as a bind and then never mistype it :)

I think it might be good in the sense that it woudn't need lag the server that way and it would be more efficient.

I remember they implemented 'admin forceclass * ar' to forceclass everyone AR in later versions.
