it is a hidden folder, which you can not see.
you have to change the windows explorer settings - search for it, you have to set it to something like  "show hidden filed and folder"

happend to my servers last evening. i am not sure, but it could be now ddos against single servers - for me it did look like this. i guess not everybody was kicked as i checked other servers. my router and firewall did not have anything about at the logs, so it might be just unlucky. but my provider was ok, my router too, my server too. that was NOT a problem of the auth system at all. and the message was like your didi.
i am working for one of the biggest banking systems in switzerland as a it expert - and i just made a review about ddos. so i will do everything to show up what, where and when and from whom this could come - if it is realy like i think. hope not, but not impossible. i will inform you ....

you can play this game even when authorization is down.

but you will get no honors for playing it and all players will have 15 honors. do not care about, this is only for the moment. you will have your honors back when auth will get up again

first look for all servers flaged with something like no auth needed, or Login or.. in its server names.

then go and find the Folder where your aa25assist is installed:
QUESTION: Where the hell can i find the ArmyOps.exe?

 ANSWER MAC-OSX: /Users/USERNAME/Library/Application Support/25Assist/
 ANSWER LINUX: /home/USERNAME/25Assist/
 ANSWER WINDOWS XP: C:\Documents and settings\USERNAME\Application Data\25Assist\
 ANSWER WINDOWS VISTA/7: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\25Assist\

it is a hidden folder, so go to your windows explorer and change the settings so that you can see hidden folder also.

then go to the 25Assist  \System folder and start (double klick) the ArmyOps.exe

if done, you will see the main menu of America's Army 2. here you have to open the console - but you have not any Botton or so. just press ~ or ! or the key located to open the console.

you will see the console prompt like  >
now start the game with the address of the related server, like:

> open 178.196.49.30:2716

you can join for sure => i will put the available addresses in here around 17.00 CEST (still at work now)

178.196.49.30:4716 - Urban Assault (map voting - open cosole in game and type mutate mapvote mapyoulike)

i hope that auth system will go up soon again. until then and for the ones which can not stay without aa2, maybe this is a way to do still the game.

Hey, Merlin! The Pool Day server is modded (SF weapons) and I doubt anyone would wanna play SF Pool Day (with flashes and frags and stuff) so I think it would be best to leave it standard.
